I ordered flowers for my grandson's law school graduation party. I am in Seattle so this was all done remotely. The flowers were absolutely perfect. I asked for the arrangement to include lilacs. They included lavender roses, purple and white lilacs and (unexpectedly) gorgeous fluted-ruffled lavender tulips. Everyone raved. We sent the flowers home with a "virtual grandma" who lives in Spokane. There was a small delivery hitch (my fault). We found that the restaurant would not yet be open at the time I specified. Sad and disappointed. I live out of state and ordered flowers for my Mom for Mother's Day to be delivered today. It's already nerve racking ordering from a place you've never been. I wrote instructions, attached a card to go along with them and they were never delivered. Not only that, it doesn't even show in my bank statements anymore as of today. Yesterday it still showed I had paid for them and the money was taken from my account. I'm assuming they reversed the transaction on their end or cancelled without saying anything. Now it's Saturday evening and no shops are open and they're all closed tomorrow. I'll give the benefit of the doubt that it was a system error but I even left my phone number....I would think someone would've called. I can't help but feel so sad that she won't be receiving beautiful flowers from my brother and I. If this was a system error- please look into this for the sake of your customers and the risk of ruining special moments. read more

After my doorbell rang, I opened the door to the lovely flowers on my door step, and I noticed that the deliver person, who was walking back to car, had on a mask (and I believe the person was also wearing gloves, but I can't be 100 percent sure as I was more intrigued with the flowers that were left on my door step). I would say that this local florist is very professional, and you should feel assured that they are doing their best at protecting you and their workers during our quarantined time. I have been married twice, and both times, the fine people at this florist (which has gone through 3 names now) have done my flowers. For my second wedding, I tried another florist, but they flaked out, so Rose & Blossom to the rescue! With only 3 months until my wedding, they got me a consultation appointment the day after I called. The lady we sat down to talk with was very knowledgeable and helped us find flowers to match our turquoise blue and white color scheme, and they used black ribbons to get that last color in there. She also knew which flowers were super expensive and helped us find some that were more affordable. I left them that day, and they emailed me a few days later just to confirm my order. We didn't speak again until the week before my wedding when they called me to confirm everything and talk about a pickup time. Then it was the big day and a family member was able to pick the flowers up without a hassle. When I saw the flowers, I was so happy. They were stunning! More beautiful then I could have imagined.
