I ordered flowers for my grandson's law school graduation party. I am in Seattle so this was all done remotely. The flowers were absolutely perfect. I asked for the arrangement to include lilacs. They included lavender roses, purple and white lilacs and (unexpectedly) gorgeous fluted-ruffled lavender tulips. Everyone raved. We sent the flowers home with a "virtual grandma" who lives in Spokane. There was a small delivery hitch (my fault). We found that the restaurant would not yet be open at the time I specified. The lovely driver turned around, and came back at the right time. Perfect!!
Tara at Rose and Blossom was a treat to work with! She had great ideas, was flexible, and super fun. The flowers my father in law received were INCREDIBLE. I called them at 5 pm on a Friday and they delivered the amazing bouquet the next day, before 1 pm! We will DEFINITELY use them again!
We were so happy with our prom flowers! So beautifully put together and classy! I told them the colors and they worked their magic on both!! I'm getting ready to order grad flower bouquets for both girls right now!! Ordering was easy. The store is so pretty and full of beautiful flowers that smell delicious! I just wanted to order flowers when I went in so beware! Lol!!!!

I ordered flowers for a friend that was in the hospital for a quick stay and there was a mixup at the hospital with a delivery. Rose and blossom tried to trace down the delivery, and in the end they created another OK and delivered it for us. My friend was tickled And the flowers were fantastic. Very beautiful. Customer service is a challenge, but this business is about making things right, they did a wonderful job! I'm a happy customer and will give them my future business.
I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers (see photo) sent by my daughter for Mother's Day. After my doorbell rang, I opened the door to the lovely flowers on my door step, and I noticed that the deliver person, who was walking back to car, had on a mask (and I believe the person was also wearing gloves, but I can't be 100 percent sure as I was more intrigued with the flowers that were left on my door step). I would say that this local florist is very professional, and you should feel assured that they are doing their best at protecting you and their workers during our quarantined time. Since it's been a week, I thought it was time to write this review as the flowers still smell great. The vase is of good quality, and I look forward to using it in the future. Thanks, Rose & Blossom, for helping my daughter give me such a lovely Mother's Day gift!
Wonderful, empathetic, talented people who took on a last minute order and executed it beautifully. I called in late night after business hours with a request for a funeral arrangement that morning and the owner reached out to the floral designer and promised me flowers. In the morning I picked up a beautiful arrangement which exceeded all my hopes and was the perfect piece at my grandparents' funeral. Victoria, Cara, Teri ( I hope I got the names right) are amazing humans and I am so grateful they were willing to go above and beyond for my family. Thank you!

I picked Rose and Blossom as my wedding florist and I am thrilled that I did. I was on the fence about using artificial flowers or real to save on cost. I am so glad I decided against artificial flowers. I got to pick flowers that were more in line with our theme and the experience was great too. Terri really knows what looks good, and what is going to look cohesive. Their process is really transparent as well. When I had a change in color scheme, I reached out about changes and they produced a mock up within 24 hours. Their changes were perfect. On top of that, they delivered to the venue before schedule and we had them for pictures. No stress is the best! Very fair pricing too for wedding flowers and within my budget. Highly recommend!

I had ordered flowers for myself and my bridesmaids for our wedding and they turned out better than I could have imagined. All the flowers is more than what I could have dreamed of. They took my inspiration that I had and made it into a reality. My bridesmaids were so happy were obsessed with the bouquets, and I shed tears of happiness when I saw my bouquet. I would recommend Rose and Blossom to anyone that wants their bouquets done for their wedding. Rose & Blossom helped me send flowers to my aunt for her birthday. Florist Jessica took her time with my order, asked me detailed questions on how I wanted arrangement to look, even after I let her know it can be artist choice. I found that personable, and sweet of her to ask what my aunt would like. Arrangement came out GORGEOUS. Reading these other reviews about this fabulous Rose & Blossom responding and listening and helping and delivering in breakneck time...I have just had the same experience. I called from Santa Barbara CA, where I live, to put together a red rose bouquet for a lifelong, great friend in Spokane, whose 77th birthday was the next day. I spoke to Victoria about what I wanted... she listened carefully, made some suggestions - and then...had it delivered the same day, even though it was afternoon, and the snow was falling. My friend sent me a picture of what was delivered....and I LOVE what Rose & Blossom created. Together with friendliness, care, and "YES! we can deliver now, the driver just pulled in." So impressed with this business! Called twice before placing my online order and both people I spoke with were very friendly and helpful. We are quarantining as much as possible so I really appreciated the curbside pickup option. Easy and fast! And the flowers!!! I purchased these nearly two weeks ago and they still look so beautiful! Rose & Blossom did the flowers for my wedding and I was so impressed with their expertise, professionalism, and pricing. The bouquets were elegant and even better than I had imagined. They also put together centerpieces to fit in bowls at the top of antique candelabras. These were well done, especially for the skimpy budget I had for centerpieces. Communication was easy and I felt they really tried to understand exactly what I wanted. They provided a lot of examples of past work and explained different styles at different price points. Delivery was a fair price and right on time the day of. If you're a bride in Spokane, I couldn't recommend a place more highly. read more

Wow! This florist is top notch in service and quality. They were even flexible with delivery options after I booked online. Arrangement looked even better than the online photo and delivered on time and professionally. They have a wide range of arrangements and many different price points. I found this place using Google as I needed to send a bouquet to her on her birthday. I'm in Texas, she is in spokane. I ordered flowers and chocolates on her birthday to be delivered that same day. I did upgrade the bouquet. Because carnations are her favorite, I asked if they could add a couple. I explained to them that her husband is hospitalized with terminal cancer and I wanted this to be extra special for her. They went well beyond my expectations saying thst they would add the extra flowers at no extra cost and make the bouquet with love. They surely did that and then some. What a wonderful place. I have been married twice, and both times, the fine people at this florist (which has gone through 3 names now) have done my flowers. For my second wedding, I tried another florist, but they flaked out, so Rose & Blossom to the rescue! With only 3 months until my wedding, they got me a consultation appointment the day after I called. The lady we sat down to talk with was very knowledgeable and helped us find flowers to match our turquoise blue and white color scheme, and they used black ribbons to get that last color in there. She also knew which flowers were super expensive and helped us find some that were more affordable. I left them that day, and they emailed me a few days later just to confirm my order. We didn't speak again until the week before my wedding when they called me to confirm everything and talk about a pickup time. Then it was the big day and a family member was able to pick the flowers up without a hassle. When I saw the flowers, I was so happy. They were stunning! More beautiful then I could have imagined. I was not disappointed in the slightest. :-) My husband loved these guys so much too. He says, when we renew our vows in the future, we should use Rose & Blossom again. read more
