I asked for the arrangement to include lilacs. They included lavender roses, purple and white lilacs and (unexpectedly) gorgeous fluted-ruffled lavender tulips. Everyone raved. We sent the flowers home with a "virtual grandma" who lives in Spokane. There was a small delivery hitch (my fault). We found that the restaurant would not yet be open at the time I specified. Now it's Saturday evening and no shops are open and they're all closed tomorrow. I'll give the benefit of the doubt that it was a system error but I even left my phone number....I would think someone would've called. I can't help but feel so sad that she won't be receiving beautiful flowers from my brother and I. If this was a system error- please look into this for the sake of your customers and the risk of ruining special moments.
