I ordered a basket to be sent to a person that lives 150 miles away. I entered in my billing and…read morethe shipping info. I used Paypal to pay for the products and delivery. The basket arrived at my house ( billing address) not the shipping address. When i contacted the company I was given the following response.... "Thank you for shopping with Arttowngifts.com. Gosh I am really sorry there is an issue with your order. It is not something over which we have any control. We have been told that it has to do with settings in your Paypal account that lock the ship to address back to billing and a bug in the way Paypal then transmits the data. This is why on the Thank you Page presented when you place the order and the email confirmation we reminded to check the address." I'm very upset that they claim they have no control over this issue. They have no warning about this potentially happening when I placed the order. It's not my job or responsibility to check the invoice and make sure the address didn't completely change. They should not offer to use paypal if this is a reoccurring issue. So not only did the person not receive this special package I would have to buy it again in order for him to get it. Why can't they come pick it up and reship it to the correct address? Not to mention the contents of the basket were not the same. I understand there may be substitutions but if it's supposed to have chocolate I would think there would be at least 1 item containing chocolate! I would give this business 0 stars if I could!

My sister asked for a refund and they told her to return it and once it reaches the warehouse then they will refund. There were no return labels nor did they offer to get one sent. I called and spoke to the same lady Helena and gave her my email address to send the return label to drop it off. There are real good companies out there do your research before you are conned!
