And then to have her Google my issue as if I didn't do that at home? Only to have her suggest that I just redo my security features, as if I didn't already do that as well three times. So I did. The message I got when I called was "leave a message". There were people inside by the cars parked there. They were obviously open, but doors locked. So naturally, I knocked on the door (being the call for an appointment was "leave a message," and I'm already parked right there). Eventually, a guy comes out, rudy pushes the door open, and walks past me. I thought, wow! This guy is a mad customer or something. I'm just staring at him, asking myself what was that was all about. The guy stops about 10 feet away from me, spins around (never once looking at me in the eye), and says, "we talk out here!". "Didn't you read the sign to call?" I told him I DID call and got an I call you back message, and I thought if I knocked, I would get to speak to someone, even if 6' away. I was inquiring about what equipment they had for sale. I felt like an idiot and like a child being scolded. Yikes. Hmm. I am not returning there for another round of that!
