Ask Dee G. who called who first. Secondly, why didn't you submit the photos to your insurance company? They were sent to you by us. You had them, why didn't you submit them? After all it is your claim. Thirdly, the rental contract states that you agree to be financially responsible for any and all damages. This is clearly breach of contract. Finally, your insurance representative stated that they will not issue our company a check for damages because you told them we kept your deposit, which the deposit was not enough to cover the damages. They only issue a check to you, therefore, it seems as if you are collecting and not paying for the damages caused by your employee. Wouldn't it be better business practice to make it right with a supplier than have this on your reputaion? This company rented equipment for a job they had at a local Wal Mart in Findlay, Ohio. They damaged the equipment and are refusing to pay the remaining balance of $680.35. Just a warning to other equipment rentals across the states.

He kept telling us he was going to come, but never showed up. Every time he told us he would be there I had to move my patio furniture inside my basement along with all of my potted plants. I moved everything a total of three times before he finally showed up. When our management company called him and asked him why he wasn't coming. He said it was because he ran out of money and had to wait till he got paid on another job. The job was finished around the end of September. It is now January 26 and I looked out on my patio after I shoveled snow off of it and there's a 4 foot hairline crack all the way across it. For all I know there are cracks in other places also but I can't tell because there's so much snow packed on the concrete right now. When I texted him to let him know what had happened he said that could happen and not to worry because there's a mesh holding it together. From everything I read online the concrete had too much water in it when they poured it and that's why it cracked. He never offered to repair it and there is no warranty. I also asked for a lien waiver, which took him three months to get to me because he said his wife got rid of his printer. Will never use this company again. Tammy P.

You might expect a quality company that does the right things given it's a family legacy concrete business of 90 years, but that is NOT what they provide. Dealing with them was a nightmare. FCON cut corners, knowingly did unpermitted work that failed two city codes, was caught by an inspector, then charged me extra to fix it while holding my driveway hostage despite an "expedited" timeline, took my money immediately but rarely showed up to do the job even with frequent follow-up calls, alternated between no communication and lying to me repeatedly, and took 2.5 weeks for a small job, which is 5 times longer to complete than an average job stated in their contract. The cleanup was substandard, leaving splatters all over the front screen door, deep concrete tire grooves in the front yard and a sprinkling of grass seed, and the re-worked section is a noticeably different color from the rest of the driveway. Who knows what other corners were cut or how long it will last? Word to the wise: Reputable companies will obtain proper permits and inspections rather than actively avoiding them. If the contract states that the homeowner is to obtain permits, immediately find a different company!
