Not enough rock compacted under the concrete, rebar not high enough in the concrete. Water puddles sit on the concrete right next to the house, meaning no attention to what is being done. And waves in the driveway. Owner destroyed my neighbors yard without even asking if he could park his tools/ machines there. Never came back to get his road sign after getting paid over 20k for this job. It scares me people like this can actually get licensed.
