These are the rudest people! They are working on a driveway on our court. When I was leaving to go to a Dr appointment, they had 3 dumpsters, totally blocking off the court. 6 of the 8 houses on our court were completely blocked in. I honked at them and told them I needed to get out, I had a Dr. appointment that I needed to get to. One of the workers rudely told me that I would have to wait! I sat there for 12 minutes before they finally moved one of the dumpsters. Not a chance I'd ever use them, and our court is a total mess from now from them! BEWARE! read more

had a stamped patio installed 2 yrs ago. once poured the coloring was botched badly and they had to tear it out & install again. still had defects that could not be fixed. the patio after 2 yrs is now developing extensive long cracks and extreme splotches. I have sealed the patio but have been told nothing can be done about the deterioration of the patio. I paid thousands of dollars and am stuck with a failing patio. My original patio did not have a single crack in it and it was 19 yrs old so I know this has to do with quality of the company. Disgusting. read more

This is a great company to work with; highly recommended! We had two stained and stamped concrete patios poured: An under-deck patio with nearby fire pit patio. We called for a quote after many praises and recommendations from customers on my local buy sell & trade. The company owner came out, and gave us a quote during the initial visit. We were really impressed, since everyone else made us wait a week (or in some cases, NEVER even bothered to follow up!) before we even got a quote. He was very friendly and down-to-earth, and there was never any pressure. Not only that, the quote was very competitive. We were contacted a couple of days before they planned to come out. He said they'd be there at 7 in the morning, so it was actually a pleasant surprise that they arrived a little earlier. It's been my experience that so many contractors never show up on time and are extremely unreliable. Never the case here. He always showed up when he said he'd be there. I think it's important to note that, because nobody wants to take a day or two off work for nothing, and because it seems to be so common that a lot of these guys aren't very reliable. My husband noted that when one of the guys on the crew saw our four-year-old son, he hid his cigarette behind his back so that he wouldn't see it. He was very impressed with them. Even our neighbor, who can be difficult to please, told me how nice she thought they were. And it was NEVER our impression that any of the guys were on drugs. That review was just so ridiculous, and to me is a very obvious fake review from someone with a personal vendetta. I was also contacted by phone and updated on the status of when they planned to seal the patios, and why they had to wait for the weather to clear up. I really appreciated the communication. We had a deck built a couple of years ago, and we were always left wondering when they would come out next and why the job was taking so long. Also, you don't have to worry about getting ripped off, because they don't take payment unit the job is 100% done. It's very rare that I have zero complaints from a company (I guess I'm too critical?), but Craig and Son deserve a full five stars. Don't let the fake reviews from non-customers scare you away. Hopefully there's an option for me to post pics, so that I can prove that I'm an actual customer. read more

Owner came out and quoted us a price and the job was done quickly and perfectly! Employees were very polite to myself and my children! They even let them "help". Job came in under cost and work came out beautiful! Could not recommend them more! Usually with contractors small things go wrong and that was not the case with Craig & Son! Extremely unprofessional and disrepectful to the community around their service area.

We hired this company to remove our old asphalt driveway and walkway, and replace them with concrete. They were very professional, great communicators, and did an excellent job. Pricing was competitive, workers were courteous, efficient, and the finished product is beautiful. I recommend them highly to anyone! read more

The turnover for getting a time sensitive driveway tear out and repour was amazing. The finished product turned out great and clean up was professionally done. The only drawback would be that the neighbors did not appreciate the early morning start in busting out the old driveway. I'd recommend this company for sure. read more

These guys are rude and unprofessional. They were on a job across the street from my house and unloaded heavy equipment at 6:00 am. After waking my son up, I asked them to wait until the legal start time before using the heavy equipment, plenty of hand work to do until then. The operator then got out of the skid steer and told me he doesn't usually get off the equipment but he got off and came towards me to let me know that he was going to do whatever he wanted. At this point i located the owner and asked him to hold up with the heavy equipment until the appropriate time. His reply was "we do this all the time". I let him know that I would be calling the police and he then said "they won't do anything, I won't get in trouble". Honestly, I'm not worried about getting him in trouble, and I explained to him, that's not the point, there are rules in place as a common courtesy in residential communities. He shrugged his shoulders and walked off. These guys operate with No permits, no traffic control (several dump truck loads of rock taking up over half the street) no regard for rules are regulations, no respect for fellow homeowners. Lots of choices for consumers in this day and age, make a educated and responsible choice and steer clear from this back woods operation. read more
