Steve was great, although sometimes very hard to reach - be persistent, he had helped get the drawings to my HOA so we could get approval and set for install same day as move in. I say be persistent as I just followed up until I would hear from him as sometimes it would be days and I had no idea what stage the project was in BUT they are busy, Steve apologized and there was a point he was on vacation that I was not aware of nor told by the office staff so this contributed to the delay in communication.
