Bottom line: withhold some payment until you are completely satisfied and all work is complete. I did not. Also, we used a GC brought to the table by this company who I can not recommend. He was clueless most of time and definitely sub-par. This GC brought an electrician to the job who was nice and reasonable but left with one of the lights only working intermittently and now won't take my calls since he too was paid.

To make matters worse, we believe the boyfriend and owner named Kevin, actually stole a bicycle from our backyard! The job was never finished and they have been unresponsive, the quality of the work is laughable for the over $15,000 we paid, and the overall experience was below a rating of a 1. I was scammed…read more They first offered me a discount on blind cleaning in exchange for a positive review on Yelp for a previous upholstery job (cushions); so I wrote a nice review. I regret it. No discount was given. Instead, they changed the initial blind cleaning quote to a higher quote. Not cheap. They were not able to put back one of the blinds properly. One came back with a big spot that was not there before. When I complained, they took it back and did not return it for weeks. I had to chase the owner who ghosted me and did not return my calls. I finally got it back. It was ruined: it doesn't close properly anymore. And now all the blinds that they cleaned are warped. How these guys have a license from Hunter Douglas to clean expensive blinds is beyond me. I reported them to Hunter Douglas. Unfortunately, they said they can't control quality from independent businesses. Big scam. I got taken by these guys and my blinds are ruined.

He did a great job which is why we hired him again to do our entire house minus 1 bedroom and the bathrooms. We had very old saltillo tile. I initially wanted concrete poured over it and the Luxury Viynl Tile planks put down over it, this way the viynl would have a secure subfloor. Oscar said he'd make it happen. There was a 2 months difference when we were ready to start the job process and our quote went from 6 grand to 9 grand. He claims it was due to inflation. Okay, he may have been right or he may have exaggerated. He knew what we wanted done, he assured us he was gonna give us the perfect floor. He showed us his samples of LVT, used a hammer on the one I wanted, we thought its perfect for a family of 5 and our dog and cats. It seemed very resilient. We asked him to please make sure someone on the crew speaks perfect English or if he could please be there to ensure it's done right. I paid for furniture moving. We were also getting our kitchen remodeled. Our kitchen got gutted, we told Oscar we were ready for the floors. D-Day arrives. The crew shows up, after 3pm. No Oscar. Crew speaks NO English. Tells their connection who tells Oscar to tell us they have to rip up the saltillo tile. It won't cost extra but assures us it's gonna be great. Big mistake. The crew wouldnt show up for days at a time. They put holes in a few walls, left beer bottle caps outside in my driveway and yard. Didnt clean the dust and left me to do it. The LVT oscar sold me scratches way to easily. It's not thick at all. It's warping, when we walk we feel and hear the floor clicking, the subfloor is uneven. They did come out a month after it was done to fix a boo boo on their end. My floor floods from when the rain goes into my patio bc they didn't raise the subfloor enuf, as water somehow flows under the floor. It caused issues with my kitchen installation bc again, the floor prep was not done properly. Oscar took off 800 bucks from the boo boo they made when they failed to put my daughters furniture back and they left a plug under her bed which caused a major deep gouge 2 feet long. I've tried calling Oscar about the current issues and I'm being ghosted. DONT USE THIS COMPANY! I am looking for an attorney bc I want every penny I paid this company back. I have never hated a company so much. I am beyond mad. They took advantage of us, did a horrible job and won't stand by the product or work they did. I've been dealing with this nightmare for 10 months. This flooring is supposed to last us 15 years or more. I dont think so. Because it's warping, I don't see it lasting another year. We don't have the money to spend again for something like this. This was the biggest mistake we made for our home.
