I was advised to have a tech come to my home and assess and it would be pumped if needed. After determining a pump was needed a second tech arrived later that day the system was pumped. I was charged an assessment fee in addition to the pumping. Because I was due for a routine pumping that should have just been scheduled thus avoiding the assessment fee. Buyer beware - ask what the cost will be before booking. Because of the lack of transparency in charges I do not recommend this company.

Miguel worked with my timeline to insure I could have the exterior door at the bottom of the hatchway into our basement framed and installed within 24 hours of him installing the hatchway. Some settling of fill around the hatchway after some heavy rain two days later and Miguel was there within 2 hours to fill and compact. Another small amount of settling happened in front and he was there to fill and compact within two days (I texted him on Sunday afternoon of Memorial Day weekend and he arrived before 8:30AM in Tues to fill and compact.
