Using a camera to view the line and a high pressure water system, the problem was clearly identified and the plan to fix it was developed. I was advised to have a tech come to my home and assess and it would be pumped if needed. After determining a pump was needed a second tech arrived later that day the system was pumped. I was charged an assessment fee in addition to the pumping. Because I was due for a routine pumping that should have just been scheduled thus avoiding the assessment fee. Buyer beware - ask what the cost will be before booking. Because of the lack of transparency in charges I do not recommend this company.

I called a competent company and they returned my call and sent a technician out before CC Septic has even talked to me. The service is terrible and the technicians incompetent!
