We had a leaking septic pipe that was coming into our basement. They called me back with in an hour and had someone (Eric) pull the plan from the town and over to look at it and diagnose the problem within 2 hours. Impressive! They came the next day and fixed the pipe and pumped the septic system. 48 hours after my original call we are all pumped, fixed and back in perfect flushing condition. I contacted Robert B. Our with a concern my septic was not working. I was told my last pumping was 5 years ago so I was due to have the system pumped. I was advised to have a tech come to my home and assess and it would be pumped if needed. After determining a pump was needed a second tech arrived later that day the system was pumped. I was charged an assessment fee in addition to the pumping. Because I was due for a routine pumping that should have just been scheduled thus avoiding the assessment fee. Buyer beware - ask what the cost will be before booking. Because of the lack of transparency in charges I do not recommend this company. read more

Very unprofessional. Throughout the construction process the workers were yelling a lot of profanity back and forth at each other including f*ck and assh*le frequently in the presence of my young daughters. They were also often playing very loud music throughout the construction process. Very poor reflection on the professional of their company. Completely unnecessarily rude and disrespectful. Recommend not doing business or associating with them. read more

They provided prices to expect during first phone call, responded quickly, and displayed amazing expertise on-site in quickly locating the tank cover with their equipment, and then correctly diagnosing roots as cause of back-up. They cleared the roots which solved the problem. The service call was handled by Marvin who was friendly, courteous, professional and exceedingly competent. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY FOR SEPTIC PUMPING. THEY PUMP HALF A TANK FOR MORE MONEY THAN THEY TELL YOU! I recently had them out to pump my septic tank. The cost according to the person on the phone was dependent on how big my tank was. $280 was agreed upon on the phone for a 1000 gallon tank. (I could save $20 if I dug up my own covers.) I hadn't found them yet so let them do it since it's the first time I've had my septic pumped in this house. They arrived and only dug up one cover. When I asked why he wasn't opening up the other side I was told it was Company policy to only dig up one cover. If it's company policy that should've been outlined on the phone when I ordered the service. When I offered to dig up the second cover myself so he could pump my full tank I was told that would be an extra $85 charge. So apparently $280 is the pump half a septic tank. The website advertises septic pumping needed every 3 to 5 years. I was told by The man pumping my septic it should be done every 2 to 3 years most likely because they only pump half a septic tank at a time you will have to have them come more often. When I received my bill which I was expecting to pay $280 for the bill showed $305, when I asked what the extra charge was for he said well there were two extra back flushes and I only charged you for one they are $25 apiece. These extra charges were also never outlined with me as the customer. Even though that procedure may have been necessary and yes I probably would've agreed so that I could get the most pumped as possible while they were pumping only half my tank, I was still never told that there would be any extra charges. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR SEPTIC PUMPING. They make up prices on site after the work is in progress or completed and do the absolute bare minimum they can get away with! read more

I truly wish that there was an option for a zero star review. After getting the service done, the yard, walk way, and driveway are now coated with human feces. He dragged the feces covered hose all over the property, blowing it out onto the outdoor stairs. The stench is so overpowering in both the outside and inside the house. Never in my life have I witnessed such a poor work ethic and little care for somebody's property. This is a serious health concern and for such a renewed Cape Cod company, I really did expect better. read more
