Guess what - after changing plans for yet another day no one comes, no one phones and calls made are not returned. We thought perhaps we got the message wrong and they would be coming Monday morning. If you're thinking -they didn't show again - you would be correct and still no phone call returning our calls from Saturday nor any explanation as to why no one showed. After calling about six "companies," and getting home answering machines, or no answers at all, I was surprised that Wind River picked up right away AND were willing and able to come out and do the job on the same day. A nice man showed up with a big tank truck and went right to work (we had already uncovered the tank manhole, so I'm not sure what happens when the guy has to try to find and dig out the access to the tank, but their website says the can do it somehow). The tank was packed with muck, but he methodically worked it all loose and sucked it up. Took a little over an hour. They gave an estimate first thing on the phone, and it was that much. It was reasonable for what he did. Receipt comes via email. He up-sold me on products to keep the tank healthy but didn't push. I chose to get the tank bacteria they add to the tank before it is closed up, but passed on the monthly products because I figured I could get the same thing on Amazon or Ebay. All and all a great experience, considering it revolved around poop.

We made endless attempts to reach Joao, phone calls, text messages, emails and calls to his office all produced zero results.
