Rooter Ryan is a Really nice plumber! He is a very professional and kind plumber who makes weekend calls, wears his mask, and cleans up after himself (and our pre-existing mess). He dealt with our garbage disposal full of rice, cleaned under the sink, carefully wiped the floor and tidied everything before he left. His usual rate for house calls is $200 but he let us know ahead of time that it would be an extra $100 for the weekend call for a total of $300 Not bad for not having to wait until Monday, especially as we are trying to prepare for our Passover Seder. Also, our cats (particularly Bowie) are extremely curious about plumbers and Ryan was sweet to them as well, and didn't mind them at his feet the whole time. I appreciated that when he arrived the first thing he did was take all our sponges and cleaning supplies under the sink, he moved them to the side and made sure to wipe everything down before putting it back. We have had a recurring problem with blockages in our septic line. To prevent this problem from recurring in the future, I have had Ryan Hazel check the line with his video camera system. Ryan is check to respond and he arrives on time or let's us know if he is delayed. He checked the line and cleans out any blockages. This June, he found no problems with our system. It worked all through the summer season and was still working fine in October. Ryan always leaves his work area cleaner than he found it.
