Very prompt communication, amazing turn around time and excellent time planning for handling engineering and townhall inspections without our help. Our lot is difficult to access in terms of elevation drops and narrow passages, and yet it turned out to be possible thanks to Ed team's skills and what seems to be a really wide range of available machinery. We are very grateful Ed also helped solving a very annoying landscape problem just because he wanted to help out and he happened to have the right machine. It saved lots of time and money for sure.

He is never available to answer his phone ( it may be one of the new ones that has no RINGER) when he finally decides to communicate he is full of empty promises that make him look like he does not care about your needs. I signed a contract with Done Right Services and paid the requested deposit on Sept ,2019. Today Dec ,2021 no work has been done on the property after endless promises and excuses. i can not in any way recommend Done Right to anyone that need septic work completed in a timely manner. I was forced to hire a different contractor to complete the project.

Candido and his colleague recently established proper drainage around a corner of the house where…read morewater was getting into the foundation and the basement. In his initial assessment, Candido identified all areas which were contributing to the problem and explained what he would do and why (every contractor should do this but it doesn't always happen). He also identified an area contributing to ingress of water to the house that two other contractors missed. His estimate was extremely fair (one contractor quoted a total of $24k for the same solutions). The work was started within days of agreement on the scope of work and it was completed within 1.5 days. Work included excavating and installation of a dry well, regrading and relaying a stone path, and partial repaving of the driveway. He and his colleague even cleared a gutter and replaced and repitched some existing drainage on the side of the house. No trash or mess was left behind after the work was done. It's been a few weeks since the installation and repairs and am relieved to see no water coming into the basement even after several downpours and no damp basement walls. I'm happy we went with Candido and would gladly work with him again on another project.

From start to finish, communication was excellent. There was always someone who answered the phone pleasantly and could provide accurate, up-to-date information about the project. That alone was so appreciated! There is also something so special about working with a family-run business. That personal touch, genuine pride in their work, and sense of responsibility to their customers really make a difference. And to our surprise, they actually moved our installation up by a day! How refreshing, especially these days, to work with a company that under-promises and over-delivers! It's a pleasure to recommend a company that does what it says it will do and more.

I had a representative from this company contact me in October of 2021. It took quite some time…read morejust to arrange to have a representative look at the approved plans for an extension and modifications to an existing stone revetment on my property located on the ocean in Buzzards Bay. After many emails and unanswered phone calls I received a proposal for the project. I requested one small language change that they agreed to and I agreed to them doing the project for roughly $116,000. Months went by while I was awaiting the final draft of the contract. All calls to their office go unanswered with a message that their mailbox was full and calls to the cell of the representative who bid the project always went unanswered and his mailbox was always full. Finally, the week of April 10th I received the final contract dated the same as the one five months prior without the already approved language addition and an increase in total price of $24,000. They would never give a start date and ultimately I was told that they just have too much work to be answering phone calls. This company is about as unprofessional as it gets, They appear to be in way over their heads and I would be very, very skeptical of considering them for any project.
