Our lot is difficult to access in terms of elevation drops and narrow passages, and yet it turned out to be possible thanks to Ed team's skills and what seems to be a really wide range of available machinery. I had a representative from this company contact me in October of 2021. It took quite some time…read morejust to arrange to have a representative look at the approved plans for an extension and modifications to an existing stone revetment on my property located on the ocean in Buzzards Bay. After many emails and unanswered phone calls I received a proposal for the project. I requested one small language change that they agreed to and I agreed to them doing the project for roughly $116,000. Months went by while I was awaiting the final draft of the contract. All calls to their office go unanswered with a message that their mailbox was full and calls to the cell of the representative who bid the project always went unanswered and his mailbox was always full. Finally, the week of April 10th I received the final contract dated the same as the one five months prior without the already approved language addition and an increase in total price of $24,000. They would never give a start date and ultimately I was told that they just have too much work to be answering phone calls. This company is about as unprofessional as it gets, They appear to be in way over their heads and I would be very, very skeptical of considering them for any project.
