The scope was huge: land clearing, large 6 foot retaining wall spanning over 200 feet, and over 1300 tons of fill, appropriate crushed stone and corrugated pipe for drainage, along with plantings. Not to mention it abutted protected wetlands and we needed to plan for those rules. Julio was with me EVERY step of the way, answering every call and text.
