Julio and his team were with me every step of the way. The scope was huge: land clearing, large 6 foot retaining wall spanning over 200 feet, and over 1300 tons of fill, appropriate crushed stone and corrugated pipe for drainage, along with plantings. Not to mention it abutted protected wetlands and we needed to plan for those rules. Julio was with me EVERY step of the way, answering every call and text. He would fix things before I would mention it to him and that was reassuring. I was continuously impressed with every aspect of Julio's work ethic, keen eye, and communication. He contacted me immediately after my post on yelp and was at my house 24 hrs later. He gave me a very fair flat rate on removing a good amount of stumps and by the yard for soil/mulch. On top of that, I got stuck in the mud with my skid steer and Mike volunteered to give me a tow without me asking him. Lastly, I had two different dumpsters for this job and Mike was able to pick up the first one right when I had it loaded up, allowing me to maximize the time I had with the skid.
