They removed a rib from the septic cover dropping it down so it was flush with the ground, spread some seed and left. Thankfully we were here to water that night because it was sunny and HOT in the middle of last summer. We watered the rocky packed dirt twice daily (morning and night) for 3 weeks in hopes it would work out. I realized later after looking at the paperwork that the height on the cover was left because loam was supposed to be added before they seeded!!! They skipped this prior to seeding so my lawn is HORRIFIC. We watered and watered and then we seeded ourselves a second time to try to get more grass but it's too hard packed and the grass can't grow/hold in the dirt. I've asked them to come back (and was promised they would) to fill an area where a small pond shows up every time it rains in our front yard where they drove machinery to access the septic but didn't grade it flat when they left. I can't get them to come back for the pond they created so I'm not hopeful on the loam and re-seed. Do not recommend. :-(

I wish there was option for choosing 0 stars for this company. A neighbor, who is in the…read moreconstruction field, recommended Danny Sinclair for electrical work. We called Sinclair and made an appointment for 9 days out - his earliest availability. Trusting Sinclair, we didn't call anyone else - to our later dismay. The day before the appointment we texted to confirm. He didn't respond. The next day at the appointed time, he failed to appear and he failed to respond to a phone call asking if he intended to come as promised. It was raining but, at a minimum, a responsible professional would have responded to one of the two attempts to contact him and rescheduled. Failing to do so shows a gross disregard for a customer's time and is an irresponsible business practice. It is beyond our comprehension how this person could have earned 5-star ratings as this can't be the first time he has acted so disrespectfully. NO RETURN PHONE CALL, TEXT, AND NO APOLOGY FOR HIS BEHAVIOR!!!!
