Kaitlyn and Janine were the ones I was contacted by for scheduling and updates both by phone and email. Once scheduled I was contacted by Neil. He was able to give me a specific time frame and the inspector showed up when they said he would. Neil clearly explained the situation and what needed to be done to bring the system up to code. Even with rain delays the work was done and we had the paperwork passing inspection in 2 weeks. I was so impressed with their professionalism and efficiency I wanted to share my experience. I would have to concur with everything written by Brian L…read more Joao had a very nice demeanor overall, but sadly that's where it stops. Though we had located certain materials we wished to have used during our remodel, we were advised that by doing this we would lose out on his one year warranty which made sense and as such we allowed for Capewide to purchase all materials. Yet just a few months after the job was completed we had serious issues with the materials Capewide used as in they were defective. We made endless attempts to reach Joao, phone calls, text messages, emails and calls to his office all produced zero results. If your looking for a friendly "talker", Joao fits that category....beyond that we would strongly advise against using him. If I could give zero stars I would.

The first guy to come told us we needed risers and that he would come back in a few days. After he canceled appointments 4 times, we called every other septic inspector on the list. William Harvey was the only one who responded. He came the day after we contacted him. He completed the work within 2 days and sent us the completed inspection report 2 days after that. As to the rest of the inspectors on the list, it has been 2 weeks since we called them and none of them even returned our calls. Bill Harvey and his wife Jean run a class-act business and are great people to deal with. They kept us informed and charged less than the no-show guy was going to. We give Bill and Jean Harvey and their business an AAA+ and would not hesitate to recommend them to our closest friends and family. Nick & Chris Bockmann, Mashpee, MA
