Good service and food. We had to wait about 10 minutes for a table on a Saturday night, but that seemed reasonable. Drinks came out quickly and were tasty. One of the beers was flat, but they fixed that quickly. Our appetizers (salted edamame and chicken gyoza) we're good. We had 3 different ramen dishes (tokyo, cheese, and saporro) between the of us, and we were very pleased.

So excited to try this place after hearing about their Springfield location! The Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen was velvety and flavorful. The pork was perfect. Service was excellent. Wish we live closer!

Went this week with my girl friends. I would recommend Miso for a moms night out or date night place. Our service was fantastic, really friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. It was during Happy Hour so one of my gals ordered several "starters" as her meal. I got myself the Hakata ramen. The toppings were beautiful and plenty. There was also the perfect serving of ramen noodles. My only criticism would be that it was very salty. My other gal friend got the Thai Coconut ramen. It looks delicious and I will likely give that a try on a future visit. For dessert, they had three offerings; a green matcha cheesecake, matcha crème brûlée and some green tea and ube shortbread cookies with a savory soy whipped dip. Of course we ordered all three and shared them! Everything was delicious!

Wonderful experience! The food, service, and ambiance were all great. Excellent selection of ramen (not your typical shoyu/miso!) and sake/cocktails/beer and ciders. We tried the beef gyoza, very tasty and big! I had the sapporo ramen, husband had the hakata. Both were good, I think I liked his a bit better. They also offer kids bowls of ramen which weren't listed on the menu. I also tried the Southside cocktail and the 21 Barrels Lychee cider. The cocktail was pretty solid, but the cider was fantastic! Not too sweet, not too dry, great lychee flavor. Husband also tried the juice box sake - very cute. Very happy to have a Speakeasy Ramen location closer by and can't wait to see how they evolve!

The food was ok it was a little pricey for what you actually getting. The crab ragoon fries were good but the fries were not crispy at all but tasted great!!!

Ambience is great. Service was meh. I wanted so much to love this place. I'm a huge fan of Speakeasy in Springfield. Tuna appetizer was the highlight. Pork bao buns were not crisp or flavorful. We got two types of ramen. Decent but not amazing. What was supposed to be pork belly in the Tokyo ramen was basically boiled bacon and fat. The other ramen had Korean fried chicken and was great. I want so much for this place to succeed and get better. Speakeasy in Springfield is a place i brag about to people around the world. I'm hopeful this place will get their shit together and be on that level. I will obviously give them another chance. Do better.

The restaurant when it first opened had a limited menu--so my goal today was to share the current menu too. Even though it's a hibachi restaurant--they do not offer hibachi tables so you don't get the show with dinner. I feel like for this reason the price is less than other hibachi restaurants. Also they have a much larger selection--LOBSTER!! Chicken katsu! I haven't gotten the hibachi here in some time but I do know it's very good. I just absolutely love the sushi here. The Lady Gaga roll and the Karen roll are some of our favorites. I usually add masago (fish eggs) to my rolls. Tonight I really wanted to try the ramen--so I got the Spicy Miso Pork Ramen (No corn). I got the small and honestly that was enough to fill me up! But I couldn't pass up my sushi lol. My only regret tonight is that we sat at a two seater high top table--and that table was definitely not big enough for all of our food!

I wasn't as surprised this time by the location in a neighborhood, something that gives it a very welcome feel and suggests with the addition of a covered outdoor porch with picnic tables that this is a good neighborhood hang. I was late for lunch, almost two but there were some folks still finishing up. Good vibe, good music and casual atmosphere. I opted for the Takoyaki app which was tasty and not so burning hot that it scorched the roof of your mouth. Also the right amount of mayonnaise as opposed to often an excess. The Ramen Flight was fun in principle but I wouldn't do it again. I unwisely and perhaps naively assumed there would be mini versions of the full serving of Tonkotsu broth with Mayo, Thai curry and Szechuan with scallions. But it really is just the broth and ramen. Expected the Szechuan to have some heat and peppery lip buzz but did not. The Thai curry was super salty. Just missed some option of veggies and protein. Finally I would suggest not sitting near the front near the stairs to the kitchen. The spot has competing music soundtracks with two different play lists battling between your two ears.

I know this is a draft house, and i'm still gonna give them four stars for the excellent burger.....but just in the future, it wouldn't hurt to step up the cocktail game guys!! The total came to a little over $50. I left a $10 tip, so I spent sixty and some change on one cocktail, one appetizer, and one burger. Note to staff - if someone asks for a box, it's time to bring the bill. Some people enjoy sitting here for hours and relaxing, and some people just want a quick bite and then get on with their day. The burger was huge and the bun was great. And so sloppy with a sunny side up egg, 571 sauce and jalapeños which I just love! BUT- the burger was well done and it was supposed to be medium, we were told they cook all burgers medium unless ordered otherwise - huh. The onion rings on it were worse than the other onion rings, I scrapped them off and didn't eat them. My SO had the cheeseburger and side salad. The cheeseburger also on a great bun had the 571 sauce but was also overcooked. Salad was the same salad I had. Price for overcooked burgers was over $20 each. Ooo. Too much. Nope. Nada.
