Well they sent me my cat all crammed together in what they called a holding place to get them use to the area. They did not know each other . My heart dropped when I saw them in there. Then to the next holding area where they dug out of the bottom. I brought meds that were never given. Gave them a written story about each cat that I fed for 15 years no longer allowed to stay at there home. I had limited options and knew about the negative reviews. But now to have starving under weight cats and sickness there had just broken my heart!! I trusted these people would at least feed them and keep them in sanitary conditions clean houses dress straw etc. and at 350$ a cat they could have done a better job! I can only pray my cats were use to the outside and hope they all have survived . So sick of deceiving people. Where did all the money go?? I take all back I said good about them. Just no where for unwanted ferals to go.

I am suspicious of how the cats are being taken care of. The numbers dont add up. they said they have 350 cats but they take in at least 350 cats a year and they have been operating for years. there should be thousands of cats. I had a chance to speak with one of their neighbors who warned me NOT TO BRING ANY CATS HERE! She said the cats are not enclosed and run off into the woods never to be seen again or into traffic or worse. there is something suspicious about them. $350.00 a cat times 300 -500 or more adds up. thats almost 200k a year or more. they own the property and recieve grants for food and other items. so they have minimal expenses. And they dont take cats to the vet if they get sick. Let me here from someone who has been inside and inspected the good shepherd cat sanctuary in the last 4 years.
