One of my cameras lost color over a year ago and it still has not been fixed. He came out to troubleshoot it, but still no color. I was told me that they could try one other thing, but they couldn't really figure out what the problem is. I would have to pay for this solution because it involved new wires or something, but there was no guarantee that it would work. It seems a bit unfair that I am expected to pay for "experimentation", when they should know how to repair it and to restore the camera to the condition that it was in when they first installed it (with color). Like I said, be sure to purchase the service plan, so that they will be forced to fix your equipment for free if something goes wrong (and it will). I learned the hard way.

Everyone I interacted with was first class - professional, attentive, fair, and knowledgeable. I replaced three AC units and had some electrical work done with them and I couldn't be more happy with their work. I'll use them from here on out. I'll provide a quick example of the type of company this is. I wanted to install Reme Halo's in my house due to my allergies and one AC company told me that because of Halo's potential impact on C19 (100% not proven) they were in very short supply but they had bought the last major shipment in Houston and would sell me them at 4x their list price. So naturally I had others look into it as well and Laredo offered to install them at cost plus labor and they were able to find them from a certified dealer. And they provided me some information on them as well. AC units and this type of work can be very expensive. Be careful out there and do your research. Trust me you will be happy you talked to Laredo.
