Haven't had a chance to really feel the improvement in comfort the new system will bring us but for those of you searching, all of the customer facing employees were awesome! Our install techs were super thorough, professional, and personable from start to finish. I've had quite a few contracted home improvements in my lifetime and this was stellar performance. I did not get to meet the sales rep but my wife was very pleased with the responsiveness to all of our questions. Home maintenance/improvement can be pretty stressful and I really appreciate Spartan Mechanical making it easy. After adding on to our home we weren't crazy about the HVAC options our General Contractor had offered us, so we called Spartan. Jason came out the next day, he was extremely knowledgeable and talked us through what would be the best fit for our needs. We ended up replacing our entire system with a larger one to accommodate the additional space and added additional duct work.
