I don't know how this company even has three stars they are terrible…read more I went and purchased three vapes for $30 vapes which were completely defective. They didn't turn on, They didn't charge, and They did not puff. They didn't handle it correctly we called ahead and one of the employee there said oh OK well come in at this time on this day because my other boss isn't gonna be so nice and give you a refund. What kind of a business tells their customer that? I just fed you $30 for defective vapes that I deserve my money back for, that YOU told me when to come in and what time to come in to get my refund and then not refund me. Do not buy from this company they're not worth it they're dishonest, they're rude and their vapes are defective. Never feeding my money to this company again garbage. Thank you for stealing my money......

She rudely explained that any issues we had "sucked but it wasnt her problem." Even if these issues we addressed to her "werent her problem," she didnt have to be completely rude and dismissive. She could've politely explained the policy, but instead chose to rudely tell us "that sucks but it isnt my problem" multiple times. I bought a product, and within 24 hours of having it and WITHOUT EVEN GETTING TO USE IT, realized it was damaged and defective. Even if there is a no return policy, i wasnt expecting my money back!!!! Just a new bong that WASNT DEFECTIVE AND LEAKING EVERYwhere.

When I went back into this store to give them the opportunity to make it right, the two guys behind the counter got super defensive, called me a "Karen" for documenting the interaction via video, then told me to leave before they "kick my a**." Which would have been hilarious if I wasn't livid at the time, as this was coming from a little scrawny guy that weighed 130 lbs soaking wet. If you don't want to be smoking fake vapes, don't shop here. The owners are wannabe thugs that don't stand behind the products they sell, and lie even more after being caught in a lie. What a joke.

I got the tropical rainbow twist because everything else was iced and it tastes like someone is vomiting cotton candy in my mouth when I hit it. The only reason I'm giving them 3stars is because the sales rep kept telling me that the Kros were similar to the KadoBAR vape I was looking for and cheaper. Well they are not as good and KadoBAR atleast did you the favor of adding a small type-c charger so my iPhone using A** doesn't have to buy one. Oh and the Kros ended up costing me more than the KadoBAR that the guy kept saying were more expensive just because of the name.
