Finding a mechanic to take care of your baby when you're told by the dealer service that a couple…read morethings are "critical" is more than daunting. Especially when you just went in for an oil change and are faced with confusing findings and recommendations. Not gonna lie, after back and forth with them to try to understand what exactly was broken or needed to be fixed and researching on my own (thanks AI), I wasn't sure if I could find a mechanic that wouldn't make me feel like a girl who likely doesn't know anything. Josh at The Haus, thank you so much for hearing what I was putting down and meeting me where I was at. After giving Josh as much as I knew what was wrong with my X3, I was emailed the estimate within a couple hours so I could make my decision on the fix pronto. Then after reading y'all's reviews, I went with my gut and couldn't have been happier. I was emailed a completely easy to understand report that provided the overall health of my X3 that didn't come with any pushy salesy tactics to sell me more than I was already having to fix. WOW. In the end, their expert mechanics found that the dealer service was not 100% correct - the radiator connector was not broken but the oil return line needed the fix instead. All of the costs are up front, super friendly and professional. I truly felt taken care from my first call!! They offer one-way shuttles after you drop your car off and an easy process to make an appointment. The Haus is MY GO TO from this point forward. And it turns out after sharing this story with my family friend who has had BMWs for decades, trusts them with his beamers too! So.... I would give them a holla to take care of your BMW too!

I almost had a heart attack. Wanting a second opinion, I found Josh at Haus. I sent him the BMW inspection report and instead of immediately agreeing with the dealership, he told me it looked like there might be another option but that he'd need to inspect the car first. He was able to get me in quickly, and within a few hours he called with the best news I could have hoped for. The control arms didn't NEED to be replaced. They were able to carefully bend them back into position and Josh told me that's what he would have done on his own vehicle. The total bill for inspecting the car and making the repair was only a couple hundred bucks Finding an honest mechanic can feel impossible these days, but Josh earned my trust. He is knowledgeable, straightforward, and isn't interested in selling repairs that aren't actually needed. You hear stories all the time about repair shops taking advantage of customers and my experience with Haus was the exact opposite. I can't tell you how relieved I was after getting that phone call. Josh saved me thousands of dollars and he gave me confidence that I had found a shop I can trust. I'll absolutely be bringing my BMW back to Haus for any future service and repairs. Highly recommend!

10 out of 10 service. Five stars all around…read more I came to Quality Automotive because I needed my wheel bearings replaced, and after calling multiple shops in the area, it was clear this was the best choice. No need to haggle -- they gave me the lowest price upfront. I had already bought my own parts, and while many shops either refused to do the work unless I bought parts through them or quoted me significantly higher labor costs, Quality Automotive welcomed me with no issues. What really stood out was that I ended up getting both my bearings and brakes replaced here -- and I still paid less than what other places wanted just for the bearings alone. I actually made an Excel sheet comparing prices, shop policies, and whether they accept customer-supplied parts, and this place beat everyone. If anyone's curious, I'd be happy to share that breakdown. I also made a mistake and bought the wrong brake parts from AutoZone. Since my car was already being worked on, I had no way to get there -- but one of the mechanics offered me a ride. That kind of thing doesn't happen at most shops. They didn't have to do that, and it wasn't about the difficulty of the brake job -- it was the fact that they went out of their way to help me and make sure the job got done right. Everyone I interacted with was professional, kind, and helpful. Most of the staff are bilingual, so whether you speak English or Spanish, you'll be in good hands. They explained everything clearly and made sure I understood what was being done to my car. I'd recommend this shop to anyone who wants honest, affordable service from people who actually care. Quality Automotive really lives up to its name

Absolutely horrible experience. I would NOT recommend bringing your vehicle here…read more We came in looking for help with what appeared to be a straightforward A/C issue. Ali kept the car two full days and then claimed he needed another WEEK after not even diagnosing the very simple issue in the first place. No meaningful effort to help us. Just wasted time and an unbelievable amount of frustration. What makes this especially upsetting is that customers bring their vehicles to a repair shop because they need HELP. At the very least, you should be able to expect basic communication and for someone to follow through on what they tell you. Based on our experience, the customer service and communication here were completely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. If getting your vehicle repaired promptly and dealing with people who actually communicate with you matters, I would seriously consider going somewhere else. We certainly won't be coming back. Save yourself the frustration. BEWARE.

Ed Little Auto recently performed routine maintenance service on my automobile, at a quoted…read moremaintenance cost cheaper than Pep Boys, and, during an inspection, they concluded that my front and rear tires did not need replacing. Today, however, I was advised, by a different auto mechanic (i.e., Pep Boys) to replace the front tires of my FWD automobile, but not the rear tires of my automobile. Pep Boys declared my front tires as being "completely worn," indicating that immediate replacement would be necessary. After inspecting my car's tires and even getting a 3rd opinion on the matter of whether (or not) my front tires needed replacement, it became apparent that my front tires still had significant useful life left in them, which validates Ed Little Auto's assessment. Therefore, besides doing quality service work at great value to the customer, with competitive pricing, it should be clearly stated that Ed Little Auto engages in honorable, trustworthy business practices, as they insisted that I didn't yet need to pay for the replacement of my car's front tires, unlike Pep Boys: who tried to exploit me for more money for a service that my car did not need. A similar Ed Little Auto positive testimony applies to brake replacement: when Pep Boys previously told me that my car's brakes were "completely worn & needed replacing," Ed Little countered, saying that my brakes still had 45-60% of a useful life on them at that time in the past. Ed Little Auto's statement turned out to be true. Given the above, I would never advise getting any auto mechanic work done at any Pep Boys, ever. Both in my front tires situation and my front brakes situation, Ed Little Auto was correct in its omission of declaring front tires replacement (and omitting brakes replacement) in being necessary during communications to me, which saved me a lot of money. Had I taken the recommendations of Pep Boys, in both instances, I would have wasted money on services I didn't need.
