From design to fabrication and installation. I could not ask for more. The railings look more authentic than those originally on the porch. With that in mind, I took a leap and got an estimate on a fence for my yard. Troy again hit it out of the park! The overall design is not as complex as that for the porch railings, but the scale and a few details say they all belong together. The team again did a great job of fabrication, but this time there were more than three days of on-site labor. You could not ask for a more hard working, talented, affable crew. Prices are not for the faint of heart, but the craftsmanship and design are worth every cent. Thanks to the whole Gallas team.

Several years back I bought some really nice hangers made in USA by Bend & Hook. Running low on…read morehangers recently because someone in the house is hard on hangers (not me), I ran across some good looking made in USA hangers by Dodco. They were sturdy metal and they had them in a dozen colors, even a rainbow pack. I decided to give them a try since Bend & Hook didn't have the same ones available anymore. When finalizing my order, I noticed they were shipping from Milwaukee. What?! Dodco is about a mile from home! Mr. R called and found out we could come by and get them! The hangers are great, 1/4" thick heavy-duty aluminum, super sturdy yet light. I ran across a Reddit thread where someone said their grandma had hangers from there from 1969 and the new ones are exactly the same. Dodco has a wire craft business and they can even custom laser etch products. Cool to realize someplace like this is still around in Milwaukee.
