None could be given except that I would receive a call thirty minutes prior to the arrival. At 2:30 in the afternoon the call finally happened and he said he'd be here in 20 minutes. The technician arrived and within 15 minutes I was told that he'd have to run diagnostic testing. I had to sign off off on the paperwork charging me over $300 or I could pay the $75 trip charge and nothing would be completed. Of course after waiting a week and most of the day I signed the contract. 15 minutes later the problem was identified and fixed, a ridiculous amount of money was charged. I do not recommend this company!!! Although the work was completed within 35 minutes start to finish, the amount of money spent was way over the top! I'm more than sure another company could have done just as good a job, given me a time frame when they would arrive and charged me less than half of what I was charged. Shame on Current Electric.

Lost power to our pond. Called Crown Electrical and they responded the same day. Steve tested the…read morecircuit and found a wire had shorted out.. Since it was and underground line he had to run a new wire. Steve did this expertly and quickly. He explained what he had found and how he would repair it. Steve also discovered that water was getting into the above ground junction box and caulked around it to prevent water getting into it in the future. Throughout the process Steve was polite and patient while answering my many questions. Highly recommend. Will be using Crown Electrical in the future.
