None the less, Jeremy emailed me a bill for the job as work completed. I reminded him by email that he wasn't engaged for the work and, of course, did not do the work. Not sure if its incoherence or dishonesty and would have left it at that, but just received the same bill in the mail. JEREMY, if you really think you did the "Pond in Ground Power" work, give me a call. If your memory returns to reality, cease and desist with the fraudulent bills.

He returned about a week later with a tool that could determine if there was power going from my house to the garage. He determined that there was power but still thought he should dig up my yard to check the power underground. This would have cost me $1000.00 with no guarantee. I said no thank you but was charged another $150.00 for his time. Today I had a different electrician come who diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes, fixed it and charged me $300.00

Unfortunately, without any notification to existing customers, the company was sold to ABC Heating. I had a maintenance appointment scheduled months ago for today between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. No one called or texted to let me know the technician was running late. When I called, I was met with an AI phone system. After repeatedly asking to speak with a real person, I finally reached someone, but she couldn't provide any information because dispatch wasn't responding to her either. As I write this, I'm still waiting for my technician to arrive. The excellent customer service was the main reason I chose this company and purchased a service contract. This experience has been extremely disappointing. At a minimum, current contract customers should have been notified that the company had been sold and reassured that service would continue without disruption. Based on this experience, I can no longer recommend this company.

I lost power to my door bell, my laundry room, and of course I couldn't hang my new light! I called Roman electric, they were going to take five days to get out to my house. I called Current and the secretary told me I might be lucky because some people canceled. I had a guy out in an hour! I got the problem fixed for $483.00. The laundry room light and my door bell works now. The electrician Sean even installed my new light for me! Very happy. I will call them again if I find a need. People might think $483.00 is a lot of money for this work, but I have peace of mind knowing my house isn't going to burn down! Rock on Current Electric!

Calling them and booking everything was so easy. They came and gave an estimate - then rolled in the price of the estimate into the work since we decided to go with them. They were less expensive than another company I looked at so I decided to go with them and they did a great job! One of the light fixtures I bought was broken (unknown to me) and they didn't even tell me until later that they went to get a replacement for me and didn't charge me for it! Admittedly they were unsure if they broke it, but either way it was nice that they took care of it without needing me to go get and pay for the replacement. They even vacuumed after themselves to clean up. Could not recommend more!
