Since it was and underground line he had to run a new wire. Steve did this expertly and quickly. He explained what he had found and how he would repair it. Steve also discovered that water was getting into the above ground junction box and caulked around it to prevent water getting into it in the future. Throughout the process Steve was polite and patient while answering my many questions. Highly recommend. Will be using Crown Electrical in the future.

At a minimum, current contract customers should have been notified that the company had been sold and reassured that service would continue without disruption.
