After 5 weeks I called, got voice mail, left a message inquiring about the machine, left all my information, I had hoped for a return call. Never got one! At 8 weeks I called again, women on the phone was very rude, when I asked why it was taking so long, she got raised her voice and said "At any given time we have over 200 machines here for service". \Rather shocked I asked when I could expect it, she told somebody (a women's name) had checked the machine over and now "he" has to check it. So I waited again for a call...nothing!!! Finally at 12 weeks I had enough waiting! We went to pick it up, done or not 12 weeks for simple service is too long. Owner tells us he called and left message in June. Ahh no ya didn't. Phone number on paper work is correct, I went though my cell phone longs, never got call or message. To say I'm VERY disappointed is an understatement. Its a beautiful nice store, but it lacks communication in the service department and the employees need to learn to answer the phones with out being rude! I tried the "oiled" embroidery arm, now it has a squeak it never had before. Ugh!!!
