Purchased a 2017 John Deere 240S Lawn Tractor today and couldn't be happier with the customer…read moresupport I received from Kevin and the rest of the AG-PRO staff. Their showroom is amazing and they stock quality Stihl equipment of every type as well. Their outdoor showroom of John Deere products is beyond words as well. This is my first purchase from AG Pro and as a prior John Deere owner I know I will return for more quality equipment in the near future from them. Don't bother shopping any other places in town. AG-PRO Dacula has it all. A+ 5 Stars Michael Ray

DO NOT purchase anything at this location…read more I purchased a John Deer 5045 tractor from this location and after 300 hours, I had fuel issues and brought it in for service. Three weeks later we picked up the tractor, paid over $800 and upon using it 30 minutes it had same warning codes and cut off. Manager Kevin was not helpful at all. Said his people couldn't let it run after they replaced obviously the wrong part to confirm it was fixed before we had to haul it 40 miles to find out ourselves. A simple fuel filter in the bottom of the tank was clogged that they didn't check and the warning codes and lights are still coming on. How can you sell a product and not have any clue how to fix your product or even confirm you fixed the problem. Inspect what you expect!. No faith in this service department or manager at all! I am in Nicholson GA .....dont know why yelp says San Francisco???

I have dealt with Stephens for many years. Made big and small purchases, mowers and parts. What I…read morefind is that they tend to be quite opinionated, but it is an informed opinion, but their humor can be an acquired taste. I always found them to be honest and frank about repairs, the amount of money it would take to do it correctly and the amount of time it would take. In sum, this is a business I will continue to patronize and would recommend to others. Kevin D.

Had they given me the estimate I would not have paid that much to repair a machine that old. However, I figured, if it was running, that was okay. Got it home. It would run for 15 minutes or so before it died. I took it back and they thought the carburetor they put on it was defective, so they ordered a new one and switched it out at no extra charge. Got it home. Same problem. I called back and they now think its the rings. I explained that it was a little frustrating having to bring it back a third time and offered to just pay them for the parts they had already used and have them refund me the rest. I felt that this was a fair settlement since they were having difficulty diagnosing the problem. They were only interested in racking up more repairs for more money, or using what I paid toward a new one. However, at this point, I didn't feel they had earned my business enough to give them any more money. Asking someone to bring their equipment in a third time should be an embarrassment and more than an incentive to make the situation right. I was surprised that a local company that has been in business for so long had so little interest in making sure that a customer walked away satisfied. Some people have reported that the staff was rude, but I did not experience any of that.

Then the self-propel stopped working and the battery would not charge. I had to keep using the mower to keep the lawn cut. I called and spoke to Mr. Sosebee and he said to bring it in and they would put it at the front of the line. Well I finally got a chance to bring it in and they fixed it in three hours. I went back in the afternoon and picked it up. Seems a sweet gum ball (can't stand the prickly balls) had gotten lodged in the belt and ripped it so that's why the self propel wouldn't work. The battery was defective and under warranty so it was replaced. They also replaced the 22" blade. It runs great now and I'm glad as I was getting tired of pushing it up the hill. Stephanie Trotter and her team did a great job getting right to the repair and I really appreciate it. I've used other repair shops but Sosebee gets my vote for the best. Thanks again!

I work out of town so I didn't have a need to use it for a couple months. I tried to use it and it would not start. I took it back and of course they were happy to charge me another $51 to look at it. They got it to start but would not start for me. I purchased a compression tester and discovered the blower only had 70 PSI of compression. Now I have over $300 wrapped up in an old blower that needs to be completely rebuilt. Do not use these people. Any shade tree mechanic can throw parts at something without doing any troubleshooting. Hey Sosebee, I'll be happy to attach pics of receipts if you think any of this is made up but you and I both remember each other. Go ahead and keep being mediocre. It's gotten you this far.
