Three weeks later we picked up the tractor, paid over $800 and upon using it 30 minutes it had same warning codes and cut off. Manager Kevin was not helpful at all. Said his people couldn't let it run after they replaced obviously the wrong part to confirm it was fixed before we had to haul it 40 miles to find out ourselves. A simple fuel filter in the bottom of the tank was clogged that they didn't check and the warning codes and lights are still coming on. How can you sell a product and not have any clue how to fix your product or even confirm you fixed the problem. Inspect what you expect!. No faith in this service department or manager at all! I will not be going back…read more Dropped my weed eater off to see why it wasn't running. No one called with an estimate, only that it was completed. It cost $127. Had they given me the estimate I would not have paid that much to repair a machine that old. However, I figured, if it was running, that was okay. Got it home. It would run for 15 minutes or so before it died. I took it back and they thought the carburetor they put on it was defective, so they ordered a new one and switched it out at no extra charge. Got it home. Same problem. I called back and they now think its the rings. I explained that it was a little frustrating having to bring it back a third time and offered to just pay them for the parts they had already used and have them refund me the rest. I felt that this was a fair settlement since they were having difficulty diagnosing the problem. They were only interested in racking up more repairs for more money, or using what I paid toward a new one. However, at this point, I didn't feel they had earned my business enough to give them any more money. Asking someone to bring their equipment in a third time should be an embarrassment and more than an incentive to make the situation right. I was surprised that a local company that has been in business for so long had so little interest in making sure that a customer walked away satisfied. Some people have reported that the staff was rude, but I did not experience any of that.

My 87 year old dad went in to have his edger repaired. When he picked up his edger a few days later, he paid and was given his receipts and left. When he got home he looked at the receipt which was incorrect. A couple days later he went back questioning the receipt. The person he dealt with was unkind and rude per my dad. The worker said, "I don't work for nothing, ya know". Was that remark necessary? Absolutely not. My dad got the correct invoice printed and went on his way, never to return. (Later we realized they had just attached someone else's the work order/invoice to his Credit card receipt.) So they did fix his edger and it is working properly. But I would never give my business to people who disrespect an old man. No excuse. Apparently, they have been in business for a long time and don't care if they have repeat customers or not. If you want to be treated like crap, go to see these people.

I work out of town so I didn't have a need to use it for a couple months. I tried to use it and it would not start. I took it back and of course they were happy to charge me another $51 to look at it. They got it to start but would not start for me. I purchased a compression tester and discovered the blower only had 70 PSI of compression. Now I have over $300 wrapped up in an old blower that needs to be completely rebuilt. Do not use these people. Any shade tree mechanic can throw parts at something without doing any troubleshooting. Hey Sosebee, I'll be happy to attach pics of receipts if you think any of this is made up but you and I both remember each other. Go ahead and keep being mediocre. It's gotten you this far.

Then I found Nate and Simply Sharp! Having Nate just show up one morning and sharpen my knives in my own driveway was nothing short of Amazing! He was kind and thoughtful and gave me great tips for keeping my knives sharp. The whole service took 30 minutes and he was right on time. Nate even inspired me to not have all my knives just thrown in my utensil drawer. Now they sit nicely in a proper holder so they don't chip!
