It has been a while since I had several pieces of yard equipment serviced with Lanier Outdoor…read more Three lawnmowers to be precise. Two were self-propelled and one was a standard push mower. Issues ranged from non-functioning electric starts to the pull cable being broken and the handle missing. All three needed a mechanical freshening or "tune-up" and new or sharpened blades. After the service assessment, the service desk informed me that two of the mowers were worth fixing but the third, the manual one, was replaceable at any big box unit for $15-$20 more than it would cost to fix it. I thought the straightforward assessment was very beneficial. They could have just charged me to fix the lower grade mower but they were upfront about the value of doing so. I want to say it has been four to five years since I had the two mowers services and they are still in full operation today. Well done.

I'm a Jersey guy and distrusting of most businesses my default. I don't care about polite or cordial, I want straight forward and honest. These people are not only all of this, they are also kind and genuinely friendly. I won't do business anywhere else. I have a Stihl dealer 300 yards from me and a friend who works there offering me substantial discounts. Not a chance!! Lanier Outdoors in Buford is the bomb. Don't go anywhere else.

I always…read morehad someone to cut and trim my yard, but now sense i have taken on some other responsibilities that have consume a good portion of my finances. I feel that i had to make some changes, like cutting and trimming my own yard. Now! I bought several lawn tools last year from a estate sale. The edger i bought I probably used it about 4 times before it stop working. So i thought about this place, and when i tell you Carl and Kyle are the best. Carl is a soft spoken man....BUT!!! Don't let that fool you. Carl is a big muscular man. I don't know him personally, but they say the quiet ones you have to watch out for. He was nice and polite, he explained everything clearly of the things that was wrong with the edger. He also went over the proper way to start and putting the right kind and best oil for your yard tools. When Carl brought that edger out, it looked barnd spanking new. They did and excellent job. I will most definitely go back if anything else goes wrong with any of the rest of my lawn equipment. Also! They charge a $35.00 deposit that will be added toward your total cost if you choose to have them fix something. Again i hightly recommend this little gem

When I picked up the equipment I questioned the capability of it to dig 36" deep as the auger but seemed too short. They assured me it could go that deep. So I loaded it up on their rental trailer and off I went. Well it turns out that it cannot got 36" deep. About half that depth is all it will go due to a limitation of the geometry of the machine and the lengths the bit. On top of that I noticed the trailer lights weren't working when I got it home so I fixed a loose wire there. Thought they were working when I left. When I got to return the equipment the guy unloading it said "ohh year this won't go that deep you should have rendered this other thing tell them up front" Stood by rental made it right. I had an issue and the team absolutely called back and made it right. What else can you ask.
