The people that work there are very nice. The customer service is very well put together. But the service as far as what you pay for and how they do it is not very good. The quality of service is horrible. We paid for two pedicures, they only have one person working at a time, and after we got our feet done and left, our feet were still scaly and our feet were not soft. My friends feet were still dirty and she had nail polish on the side of her toes. Like I said, the people were nice, but I will never go back. read more

This is the only time in my life I've had to get out of the chair in the "middle" of a service because my experience was so terrible. I booked an appointment by phone and was sat down right away. The water in the bowl was very cold so I kept my feet on the top of the seat. The individual doing my pedicure was very sweet but spoke little to no English and had to keep yelling across the room to another technician doing a different service and then I was asked to repeat what I told my tech so that they could communicate to each other each time I said anything. This was very awkward and caused other clients to stare at the conversation happening across the room. I asked to have my old acrylic on two toes soaked off and she simply nodded her head and smiled. After that a scrub was immediately put on my legs (this is normally at the end of a pedicure once your toes are already clean and completed) after that a green lotion was rubbed on my legs. After looking at the time 40 minutes had gone by and my toes looked exactly the same. I asked if we could just work on the toes since I know soaking takes a while. I was told 10 more minutes for the massage and we will start. After the massage she left for a while and came back out with another purple mask to apply to my feet. I politely declined and asked if I could just have my toes started. Again nodding and smiling and now the other lady doing another service is communicating across the room with me again attempting to convince me to just allow her to keep with the lotions and scrubs. It was very clear at this point that my technician did not know what she was doing and was simply stalling for the other technician to finish the service so she could start on me. After an hour all I had was well lotioned legs and I could not get them to simply start cleaning up my toenails. I could not sit for a 2+ hour pedicure with cold water and zero understanding or ability to communicate with my technician. At the end I was charged $30 for the lotion and scrub and just wanting to get out of there so I paid for it. I did read reviews before coming and they are almost all 5 stars so I had no idea I would experience something like this. Please do a deeper dive into reviews before coming here. read more

Well appointed, clean and quiet!!love the location. Easy to park. Great staff and easy to get a service without an appointment.

I went in on Sunday afternoon 11/12/23 for a basic gel fill, by Monday evening I had 4 nails with polish chipped and literally peeling off. I had Lucy as my technician and although I know she probably meant well she had me rinse my hands no soap and when I came back she immediately started painting polish didn't put base coat or wipe the nails off or anything. Here I am less than a week old fill and every single nail has chipped paint and peeling off a few nails the polish is almost half way off. The shape of my nails were filed and they are not the shape I had when I walked in and they are uneven. read more

i've been here multiple times the first time I ever came I got a pedicure and a full set my fullest popped off after the first week to week and a half I'd have to say and I had a lot of gardening on the way so I just decided to stop getting my nails done I continue to come here for a full year.. only getting pedicures. they do OK work.. JUST OK.. if you ask for straight square nails you're going to get three or four of them completely crooked and cut really low. The more I came here the worse the back of my feet got and I started to realize that these ladies are just abrasively removing so much dead skin too fast and scrubbing so hard that it callus the back of my feet and I've never had issues with this before... OK three months ago we're going back to Coachella I got a full set on my nails of gel she reassured that the way she was going to file my nails wasn't going to destroy my cuticles or my nails and that was not the case.. me my nails were long enough and so strong when I came in there cause I didn't get my nails done for a year..BUT three days later all my gel started to come off.. And my nails look like trash..I was really displeased ... despite that because it's so close to my house and convenient I came back 3 weeks later decided to get dip powder thinking maybe that would be better give my nails a chance to regrow.. whatever lady that did my nails reassured me that it wasn't going to come off she promised it would last it stayed on and that doing the process wasn't going to damage my nails like acrylic...yet again a whole chunk of money wasted.. 3 to 4 days later it started coming off.. peeling at the tips of my nails and water got under there and I had to start taking them off..I came back one last time to get a JUST pedicure (because I am never going to get my fingers done there ever again ) which is the very last time .. I knew it was going to be the last time when the lady started exfoliating the back of my foot and I reached down and felt it and it was rougher than when I came in not to mention she cut me twice going to town on my feet it just shouldn't be like that...and my gel chipped after about a week ! No Bueno..I think pedicures should last two weeks to three weeks so sad to say I'm probably not gonna be coming back to this place the ladies are pretty nice but I need pedicures don't last and my feet aren't soft after I leave and when they do your nails they file the heck out of them there's absolutely no room for growth and nail health here and I'm looking for somewhere where I can grow my nails out and still get them done and have them last annnnd not have rough sandpaper feet after you leave from getting a pedicures somewhere so I bid you farewell sparkling nails..:( read more

Got a Dip manicure from Andy and LOVED my nails. I was over my usual spot because their disregard for their customers time and a friend recommended this place. It did not disappoint. I made an appointment with Andy. I was running 5 minutes late and Andy still saw me. I live in midtown so this was a drive but there was no where near by that I was happy with. Andy still took his time and paid extra attention to detail, He made sure to ask all the right questions to make sure I was happy with my nails. This will definitely be my new regular.
