I've been a loyal European Wax Center customer for 8 years, since 2018, and this recent experience…read morecompletely turned me off from ever returning. I moved my appointment back by 15 minutes specifically to avoid being late, disrupting other appointments, or inconveniencing the wax specialist, and instead was met with an incredibly curt, rude, and unprofessional attitude from the receptionist both over text and on the phone. Rather than appreciating that I was trying to be considerate, I was threatened with receiving TWO no-shows over a minor appointment adjustment and told I could eventually be banned from making reservations. The entire interaction left such a negative taste in my mouth. After nearly a decade of loyalty and money spent with this company, I expected professionalism and respect. Unfortunately, this experience was the exact opposite. Will not be returning to this location or any other European Wax Location going forward.

Dominique's space is clean, organized, and spacious...all things I value in beauty treatments. Booking appointments is easy, as you do it yourself online. This was great for me to look at all of her availability at once and match it with mine, which I think is easier than playing phone tag with a receptionist. The process of waxing is never pleasant, but Dominique had a natural way of keeping conversation flowing to distract from the discomfort. She was appreciative of the business and was extremely laid back. Prices are comparable to other waxing facilities and the groupon made her stand out more. I hope she succeeds in her small business and continues to grow!

When I arrived someone greeted me in the parking lot to do a quick forehead scan to check my temperature. They held the door for me and led me to the pedicure room. I was the only one in the area since they were keeping guests separated. The technician Natasha was professional, friendly, and easy to chat with. She changed her disposal gloves multiple times, kept a face mask on, and used disposable wooden scoops to get products. She also let me test out water temperature and warm towel temperature to make sure it wasn't too hot for my preferences. This was the best spa experience I've had because Natasha was so kind and talented. Overall it was very relaxing and I would return.

Be sure to arrive 20 mins or so- enjoy the relaxation room with loungers, warm neck wraps, a beautiful fireplace, hot tea and sweet or salty snacks. It's so wonderful in here One thing I do NOT like is the sales pitch at the checkout desk. Your therapist will place items they feel you need into a basket- it's taken to the front desk. When you check out, the basket is presented to you - if your therapist is there - they are showing you each item and why you need or, while the other desk clerks stare and wait for your decision. I literally dislike this process so much. Just ask me in the room if I want any of the supplies and I will tell you. You never know the prices etc and it just puts people on the spot. Uncomfortable end to a relaxing facial. Will I be back, yes, but know some people dread this part of the day.

I walked in to a tower of chocolates on display (Feb 13), soothing music, lovely aromatics, and dimly lit entry area. The woman who greeted me was warm and friendly. Fireplace, aromas and comfy chairs and lounges awaited. I would've loved to have more time with my heat pack for my neck. Next time I'll take more advantage of this space. Brad greeted me and showed me to the room. I chose to keep my undies but ditch the bra. He asked my preferences, what areas were concern and what areas to avoid. I told him that I love a deep deep massage. Brad delivered! Holy smokes. It was an amazing massage. My neck and back were unjacked truly for the first time in a very long time. Sometimes when I leave a massage I feel sore but not this time. I floated out of there. He used great great smelling oils and really did an awesome job. I was given the option to use the lovely waiting area again after my massage but I chose not to. I came in with a $300 gift certificate and when I left, I still had 125 left. Not bad at all!
