I found their company through an extensive online search in August 2020, including Yelp, as I had a unique cleaning situation. I work remotely for a company that had an 11k square foot building that required several cleanings in the final weeks as interior renovations were finishing. I also needed a company that was willing to assist unpacking boxes and helping with "house" set-up, putting items away in rooms, cabinets, drawers. In addition, we needed wash/dry/fold of a large quantity of new bed sheets, bath towels and making up of the beds. Lenora and Herschell were both so wonderful to work with - very personable, professional, punctual and flexible. Lenora is highly organized and and along with Herschell, take personal pride in the work their team performs. They took great care to be sure the facility looked perfect for a scheduled photo & video shot. Plus, the entire team managed this project so graciously while following COVID-19 procedures. Fresh and Clean did such a fantastic job and we were so happy working with the team, that they have been hired on as the facility's permanent cleaning staff. Thank you Fresh and Clean! 5 plus stars!!

I would definitely recommend this company. We have used them for several months now, and are increasingly impressed. Also, they use appropriate/proper cleaning supplies. In the past we had hired cleaners that used abrasive rags or inappropriate chemicals on our counters or stainless steel. Success Cleaning uses the proper products and bring their own vacuums/supplies. That might sound simple and expected, but it's often not the case with other companies. We've never had anything broken with these guys. We appreciate the care and attention they give to make sure our property is treated well.

I guess they just don't do them as well in the standard cleaning package.

I hired them when I moved out of my last townhome, and they came to me within a day of my call and serviced the whole place for a very affordable and reasonable price, almost half of the lowest other competitor I found. Because they are a small independent operation, they are more flexible than anywhere else I've seen, and are extremely thorough and meticulous about their work. The place looked brand new when they were done. I've seen other companies clean and leave the details not completely taken care of, but Durden's got in the cracks and details, and even asked if there were specific areas I wanted special attention paid to. They swept the back deck without even reference to the outside on my part. They were also very kind and personable and easy to deal with.
