I signed up through Costco and have not had 1 single successful delivery. It's pretty bad. That's why I am here to see if it was a common theme which it looks like it is. I signed up for 2 5 gallon deliveries every 4 weeks and a water cooler. I scheduled the water cooler to come on a Friday about two weeks out from when I signed up 1) a guy calls me while I'm at work saying he's ready to deliver on the day I didn't sign up for. I told him I was not going to be home and to come on the regularly scheduled day of Friday I signed up for 2) Guy comes and he sets everything up. Cool guy but he confirmed with me what I signed up for and I said I need 2 gallon bottles every 4 weeks delivered on Friday's. He said ok and he will be sending me an email with my delivery schedule. The calendar came in and deliveries were set up for 2 times a month on Monday's. What in the world? I called him back right away on the cell he called me with earlier and left a message. No call back. 3) I figured out how to create an online account and cancelled the delivery for Monday May 20th so at least the every 4 weeks is right (except it is still Monday) but I figure I could call to fix at some point. They freakin deliver on Monday May 20 with an extra 5 gallon bottle and a 24 pack of water bottles. So I call them right away and the lady apologized said they couldn't deliver on the 27th due to Memorial day. Ok fine but why did they deliver on a day i deliberately cancelled with extra stuff? So they said the guy was probably new and will be sending a guy out on Wed. They will also credit my account 4) it is now Wed. and I put out the extra bottle, the 24 pack, and an empty 5 gallon the night before. No one came by noon so I called again. The lady apologized again and said someone would be coming out today. Well it's 430 and I am staring at the bottles outside as I type. I also asked to correct the calendar. Two 5 gallon deliveries every four weeks on a Friday. Just checked my account and while they corrected the frequency, it is still on a Monday. No credit on my account but rather still charging me for what I didn't order and what I am trying to return. She also was arguing me and said the guy picked up a bottle. I was like no and she was like but it says right here- ok but I am looking outside my house right now and everything is there. Terrible. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!! Same experience as others. We went through Costco as a trusted source. Inconsistent and unethical service. We were on a 4/week plan. Some weeks we'd get 1or 2 delivered (if we were lucky) although they continued to charge for 4 bottles a week and failed to pick up the old bottles. Customer service was poor and refused to accept any responsibility or make things right. Needless to say, we stopped the service. We're now left with tons of bottles and the dispenser that they will not pick up AND stuck with a bill for waters never delivered. read more

Be ready to hold for customer service for over 1 to 2 hours, and be prepared to not even get through to them. You have to call them to update your address if you move, you cannot do it online. I move on 5/21 and every day I have called customer service holding up to a maximum of 2 hours before giving up. I don't have time to sit around for more then 2 hours. It is now 6/8, which means I have been on hold with them for a total time of 34 hours. I have to skip all deliveries since my old address is still on file. Primo Water North America your service is not outstanding, it sucks! If you have customer experience VP, they need to get fired. read more

I was a longtime Pureflo water customer. I called to cancel due to a move and was planning on re-starting after we got settled in our new home. We scheduled a pick-up for the empty bottles. That day passed and the bottles are sitting outside after 2 weeks. I called a few days after the agreed on pick-up date and they said they would send someone out. Still, no pick up. Called customer service yesterday and was told "well we acquired you as a customer." OK, Then take care of my request. During a move you have enough stress than to have to fight to have bottles picked up as promised. read more

Sadly I'm with all the others that had Pure Flo! I am out of water but since there was a holiday, my delivery day should now be tomorrow. I called the old Pure Flo number and was transferred to Sparkletts. I wanted to verify my delivery because I'm out of water. When I asked when my delivery day is, she said Tuesday. I told her I was out of water (and today is Thursday) and she said no one would be in the area until Tuesday. Strike one. The person who answered the phone was rude. Strike two. I hope you never have to call their call center. It is run by DS Services and they have the worst agents ever. They cut you off when you are speaking. Talk to you in a very condescending manner and always act like they are at the end of a 16 hr shift. EVERY single one that you talk to. I think they train them this way so that no one will ever successfully cancel their water delivery service. I called and was transferred to 3 diff people, the 2nd guy transferred me while I was still talking. & the 3rd person couldn't find my account so nothing was resolved LOL. I still have to call them again. I have been trying to cancel my service for 3 months now! Also BEWARE of the unrequested deliveries. They will drop off water bottle cases whenever they feel like it and charge you for them even if you didn't order them. This has happened a few times and of course you need to call their wonderful call center to get it to stop. Please invest money in training your customer service agents & treat them well because the way you treat your employees reflects in the way they treat your customers. read more

I signed up through Costco and wanted 2, 3-gallon bottles of water delivered every 2 weeks. So far I have received so many incorrect deliveries that it is now a game to see what will come this time. I usually end up with 4 bottles a week, at least. Sometimes a case of individual water bottles. ‍I call after every delivery to advise that the delivery was wrong, they never adjust the bill or do anything. They refer me to the app, but my recurring order has been the same since day 1. One customer service person actually said, "we can't control what the driver does." What? Aren't they your employee? there is absolutely no way I would ever recommend utilizing Sparkletts for water delivery. I utilized this company for over a year thinking the convenience was worth the hassle. Not only was I overcharged for things I did not order dealt with missed deliveries along with deliveries of things that I did not order the customer service to resolve the issues is absolutely horrible. I spoke to what they call upper management at least once a month that insured me that things would change or get better based on the documentation in the account. Of course none of those things ever changed I continued to get billed, missEd deliveries every single month which had me on the phone more than I drank the water!! at this point I would gladly carry down bottled water from the mountain side on my back than to ever use the service again. they do not care about the customers nor rectifying the wrong doings. I canceled my service and it took them three weeks to come pick up the containers and when I finally called they said they couldn't come because it was past due. The account wasn't past due until they waited three weeks to pick anything up. Don't bother trying to talk to management because they will try to sweet talk you into making things right of which they never do and forget about talking to Sheryl in "upper management " because her training in management skills or rectifying issues is completely nonexistent! I became a Sparkletts customer through Costco 8+ years ago. The first 6 years I had great service. Then a couple of years ago, they started charging a delivery fee for each delivery when prior, I was only being charged every 4 weeks. Around that same time the water went up as well, so it was a big difference all of a sudden. I eventually decided to get all the water delivered just once every 4 weeks, to at least save on the delivery fee that just keeps going up little by little. About 2 weeks ago, they missed my delivery. But I received a notification to watch for the updated reschedule date. I didn't see or hear anything and the 5th day after the missed delivery I finally called. To make a long story short, I have called several times to only be lied to by every single representative I have spoken too, including a supervisor. They have the absolute worst customer service and couldn't give a sh** any less about their customers. I would never recommend anyone to do business with this sorry excuse of a business! I have a pretty simple complaint. I ordered water and it simply never came. Waited four days and no one contacted us, or called or anything. I emailed, no one emailed me back. So I called them and waited for 20 minutes on hold... finally got a person and she actually admitted that yes, the service was terrible in certain areas (really lady... you tell people that?) and told me to hold while she looked up which area I was in... I had to cut her off and let her know I was actually calling to cancel service. How pathetic... cancel before I ever even got a chance to test their product. Absolute SCAM ! I got enticed by the polite lady marketing this service in Costco. I just wanted 1 Bottle per deliver (2 per month). 1. They got the order wrong and started delivering 2 per delivery. 2. $#it load of hidden charges. I was surprised with the energy surcharge in my first bill. I was told it was going to be per month. But lot of discrepancies in that. Expect a whole lot of hidden charges 3. Number of bottles delivered vs number of bottles charged for - is completely off For 5 bottles being delivered in 3 months. I was charged 95$ with so many charges that i dont understand. I would rather go through the pain of filling up the bottles myself and carrying it up to the apartment, rather than getting scammed ! Customer service is unrea/non-existent. They secretly charged me months of fees for things that weren't true (ex. for paperless billing which I never wanted in the first place and for late fees despite having suspended our service). They waived some of them after I called and let them know I caught them, but it's been almost impossible to get in touch with them to get them to pick up my water unit. I took off an entire day of work to wait for them, and they called us saying that they came but no one was home. Total b.s.... Okay I lied about the caps, here comes some more: DO BETTER SPARKLETTS!!!!!!!! If you use this company be sure to check your bills and do not give them your credit card to charge automatically. The product is good the delivery guy is good but the accounting is the worst I've seen in my over 30 years in business. This is at least my sixth time complaining to them about their billing practices. My contract price is $9.25 per bottle yet the deliveries always seem to bump the price to $11.49 plus the delivery charge plus whatever convenience charge they want to add. The owner assigned a customer service person who doesn't return phone calls and could care less about the clients. How hard is it to get the bill right?? Apparently if you work at Sparkletts in the accounting department you just keep charging whatever the boss tells you or you can get away with. Why should I have to call and correct them on just about every delivery. It's either just sad or intentionally gouging the client. The short version-fees, fees & more fees. $4 charge EACH MONTH just to send a bill in the mail, $10 late fee. This is just water delivery, not a credit card account. Originally was TL Waters, a smaller local company & bought by Sparkletts I think. Not the same after that, and the water was not that amazing tasting either, but we finally just got tired of the expense. Way more costly than with TL Waters and the only change was the delivery company-same kind of water & the same amount delivered-seemed to more than double in cost. Finally cancelled delivery service & bought a Berkey water filter-much happier & better tasting water. No $4 a month mailing fee, no late fees or other random charges. Done ! read more

The worst service I have ever ever had. First off, I guess we had a bill outstanding that we were unaware of so when made aware of it, we paid it in full and they told us we could not continue service even though it was paid which is a horrible way of doing busy and a way to lose a lot of customers. And the. We move to a new location after using nestle since then and we wanted to see if we could start new service mainly because they have a better deal and they have bottom load coolers. The customer service was a complete witch both times and basically said they will not allow us to be customers. Who denies a customer who is paying by credit card. Then my husband calls and they hang up on him and she was completely rude. I'm a long time Costco customer and I'm writing a letter to them expressing the horrible service and reasons they should not contract with sparkletts. I am appalled by the way they treat customers. I highly recommend thinking twice about being a customer of theirs. I have seen much better customer service at Nestle which is who we decided to stay with because they have been great. They only have one bottom cooler but I would prefer that over paying a terrible company for service. The games with this company has become ridiculous. I cancelled my services last week because for a month I didn't receive any water. I would have scheduled dates for water drop off and after 3 weeks of constant rescheduling, I cancelled my services. I scheduled today for my water pickup and nothing was picked up. I missed work today so I could be here to give the delivery driver the cooler and gallons. I received no call that I was not going to have a pick up today or an email. I called and was placed on hold for over an hr and I finally spoke to someone and they told me that my date was changed until tomorrow. I can't miss two days in a row because sparkletts can't get their shit together. Why was I not notified? At this point it is evident that this company does not care for the customer or their time. I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor and was told that they would reach out to the branch manager. Now mind you I have asked for this branch manager to call me about 5 times now. They lied and said they called me on 5/1. I have two phones on my account and neither one was called. Do not order or do business with this company. Horrible management and customer service. At this point I should be refunded for last month when I received no water. But of course they dont care about your time being wasted or how this is affecting you. I think the issue has become one company bought up delivery service for all companies. I have had Arrowhead for 40 yrs. In the last couple of years since they changed their name, I have same problem as Sparkletts, Different drivers who do not know how to deliver or bring me too much because they haven't checked current stock in garage. They leave it outside gate. I can't move 5 gallon bottles. No one trains delivery men. They move them around and the charges the going way up. $75 for one month???? Always been about $30. read more

When I tried to cancel the account, they promised me that they will take care of the collection issue. One month past, I got another letter from the collection agency. I've had this service for 6 days and will be canceling. Not only did the driver who set up my service not know he was setting up new service, he tried to leave extra water jugs so they could charge us. He also brought a 24 back of bottled water and said it was free because we had new service. Well, got the bill today and we were charged $6 for bottled water we didn't even ask for. They also added a $5 energy surcharge which wasn't explained to us when we signed up. We were explicitly told we were being charged for each jug and an initial deposit fee - nothing else. I discovered an over billing problem with our monthly Sparklett's bill. Not a big thing, but I wanted it corrected. I called the one 800 number for Sparklett's and spoke with somebody within five minutes. When I explained the problem, she told me she would send me to the correct department to get it fixed, she placed me on hold and now I have been on hold for one hour and five minutes. If I call to spend more money they answer the phone quickly, but if you want a bill or something fixed, they put you on an eternal hold. This isn't the first time it happened. I'm considering changing services. I'd give half a star if I could. The water does taste good though. read more

Super bummed at the transition from PureFlo, which had been awesome for many years. No delivery for weeks and 2 missed delivery dates until a poor office gal drove out some bottles in her personal vehicle at nearly10pm getting lost on the way and she still had another hour to get home. Another month went by and 3 more delivery dates promised and missed. I had to call multiple times to see what was happening instead of the company calling it's customer, and as other reviewers have said, the agents sound dead inside. And is it just us or does the water taste different? We were promised that the source is the same. read more
