I asked him for who he used for window cleaning and he gave me Alex's information. Alex was quick to respond to my inquiry, filling out a detailed form to get an approximate quote. Not only did Alex respond to my inquiry when I was unsure about my window types (still learning), but he met up with me a few days before to look at the windows and give me a more accurate quote price, which I found very honest, so I was not surprised by any upon the day of cleaning! Alex arrived on time and was ready to go. He began right away and started on the work (windows, screens, and all). He was extremely thorough in his work cleaning the inside, outside, and even doing all the fine tuning at the end. He inspected his work each step of the way and if he didn't feel like it was up to par he went back and did it again.
