There was a super gross situation that happened at my outdoor carport unit and they picked up the phone right away. The price for the service they quoted was reasonable to me, but they said the soonest they could come would be the next day. RWC come to our house to give us an estimate and then we were able to schedule them to come to our house to clean the multitude of windows & window screens, French doors and the glass yard window breakers. Randy, the owner, came with two other crew members and they were at hour house from 7:30 am - 7:30pm. They arrived with water treatment equipment and shoe covers and did a thorough and great job. We called RWC to clean all our exterior and interior windows for a grand opening to a large restaurant. These guys were amazing and really spent the time and effort to be very detailed to make sure our windows were spotless before the opening. Three of the four walls of the restaurant have windows covering top to bottom. RWC brought the ladders and all the tools to effectively clean our windows. I loved these guys so much that I had them come to my house and do the windows. I have a cape cod style home so many small windows make up one window -- so you can imagine hundreds of windows to clean. They did such an amazing job!! Randy is amazing. Professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He is only 25 years old but he's been doing this for 10 years and it shows. He knew how to deal with the different types of skylights I had (plexiglass and glass). He had to completely remove my 4 ft plexiglass to get off old paint and glue from tape and he put it back on and sealed it with silicon to protect against the rain. He came back with a special chemical to deal with one of my problem windows. I would ONLY call Randy for any window and skylight cleaning. He's the best. read more
