Zero if I could If you care about competence and honesty you should avoid this company at all costs . They perform very shotty work and cut corners at every turn . They tried to get away with using improper Non copper hangers on my gutters thinking I would not find out . Their Excuse when they were caught was "they ran out and it would be ok . "They do not know how to use a level and do not listen to the homeowner. If you like a snake for a straight gutter then they are Perfect. They cut perfectly good pvc pipes at the ground level for the downspouts with total disregard for Hardscape after chalk lines were present and Carlos was told where to cut . When I questioned him he removed "paid for " copper Downspouts and absconded with them . A police report was filed . Carlos is not only dishonest but rude , inconsiderate condescending and has no idea what he is talking about other than penny pinching to save a dollar . Used Angi's list to get an estimate for rain gutter guards. This company called and was eager to set up an appointment. They were supposed to arrive today at 11 am. By 11:15 am they hadn't shown up or called. I called them and spoke to Carlos. He apologized and said it was his fault and he didn't have the address. I asked why didn't he just call and ask for it again? He just apologized and asked could he come later. I already took time off from work to be here. Last year a homeless gentleman removed and recycled several lengths of copper down-drains from our old craftsman style house. Once we repainted the house it was time to install new down-drains. Our painter, MR Professional Painting, was kind enough to suggest Malibu Gutters to undertake the work. Malibu Gutter Manager, Carlos, returned my call and soon scheduled a site visit. As part of the estimate I asked that Malibu also examine the remaining gutter trays and down-drains to insure each worked properly, and were secured to the house. Carlos and his co-worker installed several new copper drains, reattached several loose trays using hooks, instead of nails, and lowered one existing drain so water from the tray now flows freely downward. The work required only a few hours, and the result is very attractive. The new copper drains are now securely affixed to the house, and all the trays are snug to the roof. Hopefully no one else will steal our new down-drains. If they do we now know as excellent vendor who can make the problem right. Thank you Carlos. Great Work! read more
