I recommend Malibu Rain gutter guys. I did my research on yelp and called 5 rain gutter companies. I found Malibu gutters to be the most responsive, courteous, clean, on time, and professional. Carlos and Vicente are awesome. Before installation Carlos and I walked around the house and talked about the best places for the downspouts. Because of his experience, he was great at explaining the reasons why one area was better than another. We also talked about colors and why one was better than another. Price- I felt was reasonable. Look No further, these guys are great read more

I had a great experience with Malibu Gutters from start to finish. They walked my property and gave me a quote on the spot, which I really appreciated. No back and forth, no delays just straightforward and professional. They were able to schedule the job the same week, which was huge for me. On the day of the work, they showed up exactly when they said they would and finished right on schedule. That level of reliability is hard to find. What stood out the most was how thorough and easy they were to work with. They took the time to walk the property with me both when providing the quote and again before starting the job to make sure we were completely aligned. They answered all my questions without hesitation and made sure everything was done exactly how I wanted it. The final result looks great. You can tell they use quality materials and take pride in their work. Overall, super smooth experience. I would highly recommend Malibu Gutters to anyone looking for a reliable and professional gutter company. read more

I had an excellent experience with Malibu Gutters. I used their services in 2022 and 2024. In 2022, I scheduled a gutter installation after my house was stuccoed and painted and before the scaffolding was taken down. Carlos with Malibu Gutters accommodated my schedule and got the work done right on time. After I finished my backyard patio 2024, I had them install gutters. Malibu Gutters is easy to work with, their prices are competitive, and the quality of their work is excellent. I highly recommend them. read more

Zero if I could If you care about competence and honesty you should avoid this company at all costs . They perform very shotty work and cut corners at every turn . They tried to get away with using improper Non copper hangers on my gutters thinking I would not find out . Their Excuse when they were caught was "they ran out and it would be ok . "They do not know how to use a level and do not listen to the homeowner. If you like a snake for a straight gutter then they are Perfect. They cut perfectly good pvc pipes at the ground level for the downspouts with total disregard for Hardscape after chalk lines were present and Carlos was told where to cut . When I questioned him he removed "paid for " copper Downspouts and absconded with them . A police report was filed . Carlos is not only dishonest but rude , inconsiderate condescending and has no idea what he is talking about other than penny pinching to save a dollar . When you have an issue with your gutters (which you will ) he will not respond and avoid you . This is not a quality company . Avoid at all costs and save your money . read more

Carlos and Malibu Gutters provided a great project. I received multiple bids for our gutter replacement project. Carlos was timely with his estimate. Carlos satisfied our project needs to the fullest. The project has a 100 year warranty on materials and three years labor. We have received multiple approvals from our neighbors too, not that that matters. Looking forward to our first heavy rain for once rather than preparing for more leaks. You won't go wrong having Carlos and Malibu Gutters for your gutters project. read more

Malibu Gutters... Carlos came the next day to give me an estimate, liked that. Price was very fair compared to other estimates. The difference was they could schedule to do the job the following week... exactly 1 week later. All others were pushing out for a month or longer. They came on that day and did the complete job. Very please and do recommend them. read more

They were the first to get back to me, and first to inspect for an estimate. Carlos is the man that did it. Nice guy, total pro. Price is in-line with everyone else, so when it came down to it I picked Malibu because they showed up exactly when they said they would, and we're ready to rock. I wasn't disappointed with my choice. The gutters look great, he rerouted some downspouts as I requested, all colors matched well. Showed up on time to do the job, finished that day. I was referred to Javier and Malibu Gutters by my roofer. Once I was ready to replace my older gutters, I reached out to Javier and he was quickly able to come by, take measurements and provide an estimate. Once we decided to move forward, Javier came back the following week and replaced my existing gutters with seamless gutters in about 1/2 of day. I waited until the first rain to make sure there were not any issues and can say they passed the leak test. I highly recommend Malibu Gutters and Javier for anyone in need of gutter work! read more

Very pleasent experience! Friendly, professional, and good work ethic. I called Malibu Gutters and spoke to Carlos. We set an appointment for an estimate on cleaning & repairs. Carlos arrived on time and provided an estimate. I scheduled a service for the following week. Carlos and Javier arrived on time, ready to work. They cleaned the gutters, made necessary repairs on the downspouts, made sure all my leaf screens were secure, and then cleaned all the gutter debris from the yard. Very comfortable transaction. So much so, I sent Carlos and Javier to another property a few days ago. Again, great results. Thanks so much, it's always nice to get what you pay for! read more

Used Angi's list to get an estimate for rain gutter guards. This company called and was eager to set up an appointment. They were supposed to arrive today at 11 am. By 11:15 am they hadn't shown up or called. I called them and spoke to Carlos. He apologized and said it was his fault and he didn't have the address. I asked why didn't he just call and ask for it again? He just apologized and asked could he come later. I already took time off from work to be here. I'm not going to chance it with this company too many red flags before even having them come out. read more

Last year a homeless gentleman removed and recycled several lengths of copper down-drains from our old craftsman style house. Once we repainted the house it was time to install new down-drains. Our painter, MR Professional Painting, was kind enough to suggest Malibu Gutters to undertake the work. Malibu Gutter Manager, Carlos, returned my call and soon scheduled a site visit. As part of the estimate I asked that Malibu also examine the remaining gutter trays and down-drains to insure each worked properly, and were secured to the house. Carlos and his co-worker installed several new copper drains, reattached several loose trays using hooks, instead of nails, and lowered one existing drain so water from the tray now flows freely downward. The work required only a few hours, and the result is very attractive. The new copper drains are now securely affixed to the house, and all the trays are snug to the roof. Hopefully no one else will steal our new down-drains. If they do we now know as excellent vendor who can make the problem right. Thank you Carlos. Great Work! read more

Carlos and his team came by to replace the gutters on our house last week. Getting this task scheduled was very easy and he was very prompt in his responses. Carlos came by, removed the old gutters, installed a new set and cleaned everything up. The gutters look so much better than the old ones because Carlos uses "hidden hangers" that go on the inside on the gutters. I highly recommend Malibu Gutters if you need your gutters repaired or replaced! read more

If you are in need of any gutters then look no more. I had done my research and got a few quotes. I even had another company do a small section before I hired Carlos and Javier from Malibu Gutters. Not only was there price the best but their quality of work was superior to the others. I was so happy that I had them do my entire house, separate garage, and office structure. With all the rain we had this year they saved me from having water damage and flooding. I cannot say enough for their quality of work, cleanliness, and above all their fairness and professionalism. This is a great hire and I have recommended them to 2 of my friends already whom are pleased as well. I hope that this helps you at least call them for a quote or hire them because they are fantastic. read more
