He met my husband at a house where we wanted post construction interior cleaning and the windows cleaned. He said they are no longer doing cleaning other than windows. He made no mention at this time that he was booked through the end of June. Most companies would let you know this when first contacting them. In addition to this, we referred him to a real estate agent colleague who had him clean a client's house at the beginning of the year and Eddie went crazy when they paid him the day after the job rather than the day of. All other tradespeople are fine being paid the following day in this type of situation.

I had…read moreadmittedly been delinquent on washing the exterior of our house because past pressure washers I used have broken something on our house every time - doorbell cameras (yes, multiple times), glass from our outdoor lights, security camera, etc. Will and Kyle came out and took care of cleaning our roof (which I didn't realize needed cleaning untill I looked at their website and found out that moss is not good for roof tiles). They were professional - Will gave me a call when they were 20 minutes away and texted me when their ETA got pushed back a little. It actually took a full day and then a couple of hours the next day to finish our house, but Will and Kyle had no qualms coming back the next day and made sure our yard and house (including our outdoor furniture) were spotless of debris from the roof and the house was cleaned to my satisfaction. Nothing was broken! It was very easy to schedule with Brett. He even called to check on how things were going at our house from out-of-town. I will definitely be getting our house pressure washed regularly now that I have found The Pressure Washing Guys.

Corey did an excellent job on our very dirty windows and screens. He also did a repair on a small fogged window which was a fifth of what a replacement would cost. He was prompt, worked so hard, and even cleaned transom windows without charge. Now he will be coming every 6 months, alternating inside and out with outside only. I'm a new homeowner in the South Bay and had a bunch of post construction debris and dirt all over my back patio pavers. I inquired with a bunch of local businesses through Yelp. And there were a few bids slightly cheaper than Frank's. However, he explained that he also applies sealant as well during his service. I am glad I went with him, he did an amazing job. There was even a solidified, complete dry 6x6 inch area of stucco directly on a few of the pavers. Frank did a thorough job in removing the stucco and all the debris that was left over from construction. He took his time and really showed attention to detail. He was super easy to communicate with the entire time (before and during service). If I ever need power washing again, I won't use anyone else. I highly recommend!!
