I was talking with a guy "Frank" very kind and gracious when I told him I got the wrong one. He sent me the correct mirror I took it to the shop and there was a crack in the mirror housing that appeared after painting prep. The shop where I took the car said I should use the mirror because of the crack so they repaired the mirror that was on the car originally. I told Frank we didn't need either mirror so he sent me a mailing label I shipped them back he credited my credit card! during the whole process Frank was totally helpful and easy to deal with. I purchased four new rims and four new TPMS (tire pressure monitoring) sensors for my Lexus RX 350, and the results are phenomenal. One challenge was that my original Lexus center cap emblems did not fit the new rims. Instead of giving up, the technicians took the time and effort to make them fit perfectly. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and dedication to customer satisfaction were truly impressive. My Lexus looks amazing, and I couldn't be happier with the work they performed. I wish I could give them 10 stars instead of 5! If you're looking for quality rims, expert installation, and exceptional customer service, I highly recommend TopSpeed Auto Rims. But I do need it for the next couple of weeks for sure. So I ordered it online and had it delivered. FREE delivery of the battery was as promised. My only thing was the delivery guy was waiting, and I did not have anything to tip him with. (Who carries cash? I don't) I went back to my purchase online, and there wasn't a place to tip the driver. I felt terrible, but please add a line to tip the driver if Advance Auto Parts sees this by chance. UGH! How embarrassing. I hope to have the new battery installed tomorrow by one of my friends. I am assuming that the battery works just fine. If not, I will be updating this review.

Once I found out the part was available, I scheduled to have my mechanic come down later today to repair it for me. This was the only day my mechanic could do it. When i called back to pay for the part someone named Eric told me over the phone that they couldn't take payment over the phone. Really???? This was unbelievable. We live in the 21st century. Every business takes payment over the phone. And to top it all off, they were very rude over the phone. So, no matter how I begged or asked to speak to a manager, no help was given. So now, i have to wait until Monday to drive my car when I could've had it done today! This was hugely inconvenient! i do not recommend this place at all. The service was bad and the attitude I was given made it worse.
