I was excited to bring my family. Walked up to the desk and there was no one there for a solid 8 min. Keep in mind it's a Monday. I walked to the office where the employees were sitting having a chat and asked is there anyone working the desk? To which one girl nodded and walked over. We were unfortunately attended by her, Sephora was her name. What a TERRIBLE attitude. I'm 150% sure she hates her job and people who go to her job as well. The most unfriendly customer service rep or whatever title she holds. Point is, they should really consider putting her to work behind the lanes where no one can see her or bother her, I'm sure only then would she crack a smile. Poor thing. Our lane wasn't working properly, i paid $28.59 for an hour of games and 2 pairs of shoes. To only lose about 24 min due to the pins and/ or the balls getting stuck. All in all, I hope they train employees to be friendly and be attentive. This was a last-minute put together family outing on a busy Friday night as a family we haven't been bowling 10 plus years together. So let me list some of the names that made this night fabulous night sales office Lisa , Cari , Quantrell / shoe counter Kezian I did not get the name of the people at the food court but also great service last but not least the manager Billy. I'm giving these people a special shout out for making this night a Flawless night unbeknownst to them we have just lost a matriarch of our family my grandma. So This Night Out was much-needed it's so much pain behind the smile and laughter but at that time everybody in our group enjoyed themselves and was able to just embrace the love of family. We didn't have to worry about anything Billy and his staff made a knight of bowling a VIP experience. Sometimes you never know what people are going through in life simply a night of bowling brought smiles and family Unity together. I was excited to try sparez with my 3 year old since he enjoyed bowling the first time we went. Unfortunately I was beyond disappointed, when we arrived there was a line with a bored looking girl at the register...after paying $40 for 2 adults and 1 child for an hour and shoes I requested a ramp and a 6lb ball to be told they were all in use. After I informed her my 3 year old couldnt bowl without she said someone would bring them to us. 40 min later still nothing. ..I tracked down an employee carrying 3-6lb balls and asked for one, he looked at me llike I was asking for $. I asked for the table to be cleared and was handed a paper towel and cleaner, no effort to clear the glasses and trash. I finally asked for my $ back and 15 mins later received a ramp and a ball suitable for my son. During the time we waited there were no ramps in use and people hording balls. Halfway through the game our balls were taken so we were able to complete 1 game in an hour. The place was filthy and the employees rude, we won't be returning. read more

If your looking to go to a bowling alley please don't waste your time!! The service was beyond horrible. if I could rate this place zero stars, I would. My family and waited over 3 hours then the host kept telling us 45 more minutes . We had kids with us and we're not let inside because there was no waiting area for children. The waiting area was at the bar. The security was extremely rude and useless. He had no customer service and kept brushing everyone off. He needs to take a course on customer service. This place was not fair to customers waiting. I understand that COVID change things however there should be a time limit on groups bowling. BALL OR NO BALL!!! I went with my kids and friends to have fun, and everything was ok until the personal ball of my friend disappears, we played and the ball never got out from the lane. We spent the rest of the night trying to find the ball and we never found it, we were very sad, nobody could find it, we couldn't finish our game. The next day we went there again looking for the ball and the Customer Service Manager was already on top of the situation. We found the ball immediately after we got there, we were cheering of joy!!! Thanks to the manager and the team that found the ball!!! read more

There stuff is out-dated and expensive. For much, much cheaper State Road 84 has a bowling alley that has much nicer and a much more affordable experience. I mean the bowling shoes I was wearing were legitimately ripped all over the place and had no traction so I was sliding when I was going to bowl. read more

The worst place ever I go there with my wife and some friends and for one the girls on the front was by far the rudest I ordered food then I played my bowling game an hour went passed and I still didn't get my food I go ask about it the lady said she didn't get my order and the two bartenders was there drunk as ever ! So I ask for my money back the manager ask why I tell him it's been an hour I'm about to leave I wanted this when I ordered it ! Spent a little family time at Sparez and bowled a few games. My first time here.. First off the place was clean and the ambiance was great - tons of families and kids which is was what I hoped for. However, I took one star off because of the staff - rude rude rude...especially the girl at the counter. It's a family / kid friendly place if you're not gonna smile then don't be rude. I feel it depends on the manager who was sitting in the clear office giving weird looks to everyone who walked by... Won't approach him about a party, that's for sure.. I took off another star for the gross feeling and smelling shoe laces. I've been to dozens of bowling alleys and have never seen or felt black and wet shoes laces - sooooo gross. read more

My kids love this place - always running deals (groupon) and everything is fairly clean unlike most bowling alleys. Great time with family or large groups of friends. It does get busy on weekends as expected but during the week lanes are always available. read more

Insanity! What a freaking zoo! The people in the lanes next to us had absolutely no etiquette. They kept using the balls we had selected to play. This bowling alley does not even deserve one star. They decided to refinish about 30 of their lanes with customer in the building. The smell kept getting worse. We were on lane 31 so we where closes to the smell. The parent next to us had his two little boys. No one should be exposed to such harsh chemicals. Gave my family and I left with headaches and nose pain. We complained to the front desk, all they said was that the smell would get worse and they would be closing 1 hour earlier. They also told them that they had an inspection and had to do this. Bad management for deciding to keep the alley open and taking people money when it should be closed. We had planed to bowl at least two to three games, barely was able to finish the first game. read more

We arrived for a birthday celebration, I was confused if were ordering from the lane or if we go up to the counter. we finally had a waitress come up to us to order some drinks and food but nobody was very attentive and we had to find our food in the counter after a while since half of it didn't make it to the table. Will never go back! The service sucked, the cashiers were rude as ever when I went to order my food. They dropped my food off at the wrong lane, and by the time I realized it the food was cold. They never bought us our drinks, when I walked back to get our drinks the girl had an attitude for whatever reason and sat the drinks were I couldn't reach them. I haven't been to a bowling alley in forever, so I'm not sure if they are all this much fun?? I met a friend to play pool on a Friday night and it was basically a dance club. There was a DJ set up in the middle of the lanes. He was playing today's hits mixed with some old school music and it was on point! The lights were dim and the bowling was glow in the dark. There was a full bar and lots of people of all different ages, all having fun. They also had some arcade games. I surprisingly had way more fun than I expected and I'm excited to go back! This bowling alley is fine if you just want to bowl a few games with friends and have a couple of beers and not take things too seriously. However, for someone that bowls in a league, I probably won't bowl in a league here again. Even though it has leagues, it almost seems as though it's more of a place for kids to run around and act up than for league bowling. The one huge complaint I have is the staff, plain and simple. They are rude and they speak to you as if you know nothing about bowling and they know everything. There was one instance where they had a coupon which read,"Bowl one game, get one free." So I went in there on a Wednesday morning and gave the cashier the coupon after I stated that I wanted to bowl eight games. Keep in mind that I was bowling in a league there and had just bowled in my league the night before. The cashier then tells me the cost is going to be $12 and change. I explain to her that I am a league bowler and thus, my games should be at the $2 league bowler rate. She tells me she needs to discuss this with the manager so off she goes. Approximately five minutes later, she returns and proceeds to tell me that they cannot honor the coupon at the league rate. I can either use the coupon at the non-league bowler rate or not use the coupon and get the league bowler rate. What in the world is going on here? I ask to speak to the manager and he tells me the same story. I relate to him that I bowl here every week and I spend so much money here that even if it's not in their policy to do so, can't he just this once charge me the cheaper rate? No deal. I was so fed up at this point that I told the cashier to use the coupon and I walked over to my lanes. The customer service at this alley is horrendous. They don't treat their league bowlers any differently than non-league bowlers which is a huge mistake. Other bowling alleys give league bowlers discounts on food, merchandise, free practice time as well as a discount on non-league games. Sparez needs to reassess and rethink their business plan because it isn't just me that is complaining. It's also virtually impossible to practice here after 10am. Camps begin to crowd the alley as well as senior leagues so I suggest bowling somewhere else during the weekdays. There are plenty of choices on who to give my money too for a league. This was my first time at Sparez. My son wanted to celebrate his birthday with some bowling. The lanes and computer system were great! So user friendly! We paid about 18.99$ for each lane with the online coupon and $5 for shoes(each). Didn't have any issues with getting lanes or shoes, mind you we did go around 2:30 when I assume it's not their busiest time. Mathew behind the counter was gracious in helping us the entire time and he really made our experience wonderful. The have an ample food selections and a full bar.
