Their website is inconsistent and creates challenges in making payments or getting someone to contact your back. After weeks of trying to communicate with someone who could help me, I received conflicting information from various virtual representatives which resulted in extra fees for me. I would strongly discourage anyone from using this location. Use a company that provides real customer interaction and resolution.

Every single item I stored was brand new and still in sealed boxes--furniture, mattresses, everything. Termites destroyed all of my wooden furniture, and rats chewed through the rest and urinated on brand new mattresses. I've lost thousands of dollars because of this facility's negligence. Instead of owning up to the problem, management has been completely unprofessional and is now falsely claiming I stored food in the unit. Let's be clear--I would never store food in a storage unit. I store my food in my pantry at home, where it belongs. This accusation is both ridiculous and insulting. Even after the clear and extensive damage caused by the infestation, they refused to refund even a single month of rent. Based on the other reviews I've seen, it's obvious this place is run by people who are purely money-hungry and completely lacking in customer care or integrity. I would hate for anyone else to go through what I've experienced. If you value your belongings and peace of mind, go somewhere else. This place is disgusting, dishonest, and not worth a single cent.
