I first found her on Yelp when I was getting my home ready for an inspection. My house isn't just a home--it's also my place of business, so it really needed a proper deep clean. We started with just the bathroom and kitchen, and I was so impressed with the results that I immediately booked her again to deep clean the rest of the house. At first, I was planning to do the house in pieces (rooms one time, bathrooms another), but Rosie actually suggested it would be cheaper to do the whole house at once instead of splitting it up. I appreciated that she was honest about what made the most sense financially, not just trying to upsell. This is not the first cleaning company I've used. I had tried a larger commercial cleaning company before and thought they did a "normal" job--until Rosie came. For example, I had tough hard-water stains on my bathroom sliding doors that the previous company couldn't remove. Rosie and her team got them out. That was my "oh wow" moment. After seeing her work, I realized, oh, THIS is what a real deep clean looks like. Since then, I've signed up for monthly cleanings, and my husband and I (both working two jobs) rely on her to help keep our home in shape. I was so happy with her work that I even hired her to deep clean my mom's bathroom, which was in rough shape--and she did an amazing job there too. Price-wise, I had called around before booking her: One company was cheaper but totally booked for weeks, and I needed help ASAP for the inspection. Another company I'd used before had increased their prices a lot from the previous year. Rosie's pricing was right in the middle--not the cheapest, but absolutely fair for the quality and effort she and her team put in. And most importantly, she was available quickly when I needed it. Communication and professionalism are excellent: She confirms the day and time by text or call. On the day of service, she always texts when she's on the way. She's on time and respectful of my home. Overall, Rosie and her crew are reliable, thorough, and professional. She kept me updated and arrived with enough time left for the four hours I felt the job needed. Not a moment of those four hours was wasted as LaTisha dove into the job immediately after a short discussion about what I expected. It was a busy day for me too and, because I work from home, it wasn't long before I was wrapped up with my own tasks. LaTisha went about her work as though we'd had a regular routine and adapted to the unfamiliar environment with the ability expected of a true professional. I found them to be responsive and available quickly and Philip did an excellent job cleaning the rugs, he even used a blower on the whole patio and washed it down. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that he said he'd clean the windows and ended up asking to do it the next day which was the morning of the midday party. We said fine. But then he did not show up or answer my texts or calls until 2.5hrs after the time he was coming to say there was some problems with the vehicles. Understandable but I think it is key to let the customer know! So ended up having the party with not as clean windows. But from the standpoint of the carpet/rug cleaning the service and value was excellent.

Only one cleaner, Monique, was sent -- which seemed unrealistic for the scope of work. While she was kind and worked hard, many areas were left untouched: dusty closet shelves, stair railings, and floors that still left my 1-year-old's feet black after crawling. When I asked for a partial refund, the company refused and instead sent Monique back. But when we asked her to double-check the closet shelves, she said she was told to only do the floors. She also mentioned that only a steam cleaner would actually remove all the dirt, and she only had a mop -- which just confirmed that she wasn't given the tools to do a true DEEP clean. I don't blame Monique -- she was professional and did what she could. My issue is with the company's definition of a "deep clean" and the lack of value for the $400 price. Definitely would not recommend if you're looking for a thorough, move-in-ready clean. My job should not be to do quality control of the job done, that's the manager job.
