If you look at my profile, you will see the failure of the first place we tried (the highest-rated in our area). I randomly happened to see AGC in a coupon book and gave them a call. I'm so glad I did! Lisa, who runs the service, was friendly, professional, punctual, and just generally lovely during all phone conversations and in-person meetings. Her crew were very pleasant. and worked fast, hard, and carefully, removing dirt from places we didn't even realize were dirty. I didn't personally look into the green cleaning products used, but when the crew was done the place looked wonderful and smelled clean without reeking of chemicals. We were happy to engage AGC to clean every two weeks. I definitely recommend calling for a quote; they are somewhat more expensive than other services but we definitely think it's worth it. EDIT 5/2014: I'm sorry to have to downgrade my review from four stars to two. For the last few months the cleaning team (who remain stellar; the stars are for them) has been arriving at unexpected times, and I've been constantly told by management "We've been calling people, I guess I missed you." There have been scheduling problems almost every time the cleaners come. I was assured that as a VIP client my time was set in stone, then two weeks later I was given two unacceptable options to change my time. I am really sorry to miss dear Yolanda and her wonderful crew, but management actually came out and admitted everything is in confusion right now, so I am no longer using this company and can hardly continue to recommend it.

What they did would have taken me a week if I tried to do it myself. I have never had this good of an experience with a cleaning service. With other cleaners in the past, I was always disappointed, but THIS was completely different. I read reviews for a lot of different businesses in this space and it was clear based on other reviews that Bea and a Mop was the right call - and they were correct! Our house hadn't been truly cleaned since we moved in a year ago and so it needed a deep clean. Now looks like it did when we moved in. I was able to book it the day before online - the process was seamless. Bea confirmed all of the details ahead of time and answered all of my questions. Bea's customer service is second-to-none. I will be a long time customer going forward!!! Worth every penny even the service costs a lil bit. But worthy!!!!

Let me start by saying, Ezabel and her company have restored my faith in on-time service and going…read morethe extra mile as a business. My wife and i keep our home very tidy. Usually we both take a Saturday twice a month when were both home to deep clean, scrub and clean ALL DAY! that was before she got pregnant. In the beginning is wasn't too bad, I am starting to travel more for work and when I'm gone to different time zones and I get back Friday, I'm super burnt out and looking forward to the weekend, not to cleaning. My wife was pretty good with keeping up on the cleaning since she's off work for the pregnancy and able to be home full time. However, her belly is getting so big at 28 weeks she has a hard time bending over and reaching to clean. So during the week she rests and things start to pile up. I tried another cleaning service that I read the bad yelp reviews AFTER I hired them, saw an Instagram ad between the stories and decided they looked professional enough to hire while I was away at a company trade show. They came to the house while I was away, but my wife was home. I paid a negotiated rate for 3hrs of cleaning. The lady came and was extremely slow. Our house ain't that big, it's 2,000sqft 3 beds 3 bath home, we only occupied the Master bedroom with attached bathroom, living room and kitchen, the other 1/2 of the house was untouched and not lived in, because it's just us, and we have no children. The lady used the whole 3 hours and never got past the kitchen, my wife called me and she said this lady is dragging and milking the system, probably because it was the negotiated rate for 3hrs. But anyways, she left and she was super unhappy, I came home that Thursday night after traveling for a week to start cleaning whatever the lady didn't finish, which is the living room and the master bedroom/bathroom. She did a good job on whatever she cleaned but the counter tops and microwave don't take no 3 hours to clean. I explained that to Ezabel, and to be honest I was nervous cause it wasn't cheap to have 1 lady come out and dick around for 3 hours wiping down my microwave and counter tops. Ezabel reassured me that her people are fast, don't waste time and work....after my last experience I was like "ya right, we'll see about that" Well she was right, I got 2 ladies for 2 hours, one cleaning upstairs in the master bedroom/bathroom and one downstairs cleaning the kitchen and living room. And DAMN! They did a GREAT job, actually when I clean I get the shower sparkling white but never mess with the glass surround which has hard water spots. Well they got the hard water spots off AND cleaned the shower, tub and bathroom sinks and counter sparkling clean. I look at all my furniture downstairs and upstairs and there ain't a speck of dust on em. I thought when I put in effort and bust my ass to clean that I could do a pretty good job. Nope! Not even close these ladies killed it, did a wayy better job than I ever could and did it in 2 hours...literally killed it in 2 hours. I'm very happy, we have now hired them on a bi-weekly schedule until the end of the year when my wife gives birth. Will be using them again, and again and again. I don't trust anyone else after this great experience I had.

Posted proof of being SCAMMED by this crap business. $540 to half-ass clean 1300 sqft. Stay FAR away from this business. Check the screenshots . As you can see, the owner is a liar. They've clearly done business with me and I stand by what I said. They did a half-ass job cleaning a 1300 sqft condo. How does it take 2 cleaners 4 hours to clean it? I could have cleaned it myself in an hour. They didn't even clean the showers. Cleaning the toilet and wiping down the counter is NOT deep cleaning the bathroom. This was my first and LAST time ever hiring a cleaner. I can clean far better than these clowns myself. I'll never trust a cleaner ever again. Professional, yeah right. Stay FAR away from these guys. Probably better off just cleaning it yourself. Not worth anywhere near $540 to clean 1300 sqft.... That's RIDICULOUS!
