The $15 premium sucked me in with the promise of the bug protection, but I think the $9 or $12 car wash would do just fine! I really wanted it to do the colorful wax, that's my favorite thing, so I was thrilled by that -- life's little joys. It was hard to figure out the drive through vs. car wash in the lot because I came in from the side and could see the "open" neon lights on the car wash, but that's not the side you go in on? Still, I am happy with my car and the drying air flow was much better here than at other locations.

What we were expecting to hear was that the transmission was done, but after careful review it was actually a connecting piece that rusted out. Within 2 business days her car was fixed and back on the road. Our other daughters car kept throwing the service engine soon light. Calvin completed his research and quickly determined the root cause. The fix was completed the next business day and the car runs beautifully. Can't get to it from Giant Foods. Hard to access from Route 114 as it's a tight entryway. It's easy to miss from the Pike entering from the North. Crazy to access on the Pike from the South. Signage isn't helpful. It's a bit confusing inside. Mobile order pickup in one area, MTO from kiosks in another. They do not consistently call your name when your food is ready. They are, mostly. They always try and sell you on something. I worked at an oil change before. I know they "have" to and make commission. But please save your money and buy your air filter from Amazon. All you'll need is a Phillips screwdriver and 5 minutes of your time. You will save yourself 10-20 dollars instead of letting them sell you one. And I have to be honest, they usually try and sell me things before they are needed. Since my one car is older, I'm going to buy it when it's needed. The employees are nice and fast. Maybe a little rugged for some but that's with any car shop. Come here if you want it done fast and for about 40.00 with coupon. (Higher since inflation came up recently.)

I recently moved to Pennsylvania, and I was made aware while updating my driver's license, title,…read moreand registration, that Pennsylvania requires an annual emissions and state inspection for all vehicles. This differs quite a bit from the one-time auto inspection and biennial emissions test that I am used to in Maryland. After spending the better part of Friday, updating my driver's license, title, and registration, I figured I might as well knock out the state inspection and just be finished with this. I called Jiffy Lube and they kindly informed that while they do accept walk-in appointments for the state inspection, the do not accept state inspection appointments after 4pm. I settled on going in first thing Saturday morning. I left my house at 7:45amish so I would arrive a few minutes before opening. I arrived about a minute after they opened and ended up being the fifth car in the line. They told me that there would be a two-hour wait. I ended up waiting in my car for over two hours, and then waited another hour as my car was serviced. The technician completing the inspection was kind enough to let me know that while I had removed the MD tag in the rear of my vehicle, I had forgotten to remove the MD tag in the front of my vehicle. He removed it for me and I passed the auto and emissions inspection. I paid a little over $90 for the auto inspection, emissions test, and stickers. While I was not happy with the long wait times, or the information that this type of inspection needs to be completed annually, I was fairly pleased with the customer service and would very likely return for similar services in the future. I removed a star for the very small waiting room and out of order bathroom.
