It is not overly noisy, and it is easy to have a conversation without raising your voice. The only downside is the seating layout, which feels more like a school cafeteria than a cozy coffee shop. It is functional, just not especially inviting. There is parking on site, but I can see it filling up quickly during peak times, with overflow going to nearby street parking.
