They have so many different customization options, that really, I can't imagine much, if anything, they can't do. I only wished I was a more creative person so I could have tons of cool neons made for my apartment. When we were picking out the neon color, they showed us around their shop and we got to meet the neon tube bender. I am not a neon expert, but from our sign alone, I can tell that his craftmanship and care for his work is top notch. I have lived in Hoboken for a number of years and I'm so glad a company like this calls this town home too.

If you are a tech company and looking to do team hoodies, don't go here…read more It is common for tech companies and startups to order hoodies for employees. I have collected a good amount of swag from the tech startups that I have been a part of over the past couple of years and the quality of the printing and design have always been stellar. I decided to get hoodies for my team and came to City Dog Screening under the impression that I could get the same quality that I experienced in SF, in NYC. I bought 6 hoodies from American Apparel (exactly the same brand, sku and color as my Yammer hoodie) and gave the design I wanted to Paul. I am no expert in screen printing and I was hoping that he could best advise me on the best way to design the hoodies so I could have a quality product. Unfortunately, what I got was some shoddy cut out and press on. You can actually see that he hand cut around the words that I had under the design and print can easily be pealed off. I feel embarrassed for Paul because I do not know how you can be in business with this kind of workmanship. I will post the photos. So essentially, 6 hoodies were wasted at $48 a piece, and $180 out of my pocket for some press on half ass workmanship. That is what really upsets me. Thank you Paul Bildner for your hard work. Please find a new day job.

He printed and shipped internationally over 300 t-shirts well before the deadline we provided. All t-shirts were of impeccable quality. I have recommended Paul to my co-workers who need to order t-shirts for various reasons. Additionally, we ordered hoodies and they were a HUGE hit at the event we hosted! Everyone was asking where they could get our hoodies. Exceptionally comfortable, soft, and stylish. Paul is extremely professional and will send samples of the products for validation before he proceeds with the order. He notifies his clients of the process every step of the way so that they are always in the loop. If you are researching different screen printing companies, definitely proceed with City Dog! I highly recommend avoiding this company. My experience with them has been beyond frustrating,…read morelargely due to the unprofessionalism of the owner, Sason, who abruptly hung up on me while I was attempting to resolve an issue caused by their mistake. We initially ordered a sign based on a recommendation from Nati at Sign Expo, who assured us it would fit into the existing light box we had installed. After paying for the sign, Sason came to install it and informed us that it actually wouldn't fit. They then insisted we pay significantly more for a different sign that would fit. What was truly outrageous was that they refused to refund us for the first sign--the one they had recommended. Instead, they demanded we cover 50% of the cost of their mistake, on top of the additional money for the correct sign. We only ordered the original sign because they guaranteed it would fit. Had we known it wouldn't, we obviously would never have made that purchase. I spent over a month trying to get in touch with Sason to reach a fair resolution, and when I finally did, he agreed that we shouldn't be responsible for paying half of their mistake--yet he never updated the invoice. Ultimately, he stopped responding and hung up on me when I called and finally got through to him yesterday. I wish I could share images but we have no sign because they never installed anything. They happily took our money and refused to refund it though. Evidently, they are a boarder line scam like operation as the other negative reviews would suggest. Don't be fooled by their mimic branding of the reputable SignExpo.com, looks like they do this intentionally to mislead customers away from the other negative reviews about their service. Avoid this company at all costs.
