Really wanted to give these guys a good review but 2nd time using them, they added an extra logo…read moreinto our event poster/flyer without explicitly telling us they did it. An option was checked by default and it was snuck into the design and because no one was expecting an extra logo to pop up, it got printed. When I noticed this extra logo and called them - they had a terrible attitude, saying most people prefer to have this logo inserted in their work and it's common practice for union printing companies to add extra logos when printing work by default and they've been doing that for 15 years. No remedy was offered and basically said if we want it fixed we would have pay for a new expedited order. If you don't want a printer to be adding their own logo as a default to your work - I would suggest you use someone else. - - - Giving your business negative feedback does not equate to anti-union sentiment please. What a joke. Who taught you how to respond to criticism? Netanyahu? When printers send back digital proof - people are typically checking for color, layout, cutoffs etc. People don't expect your PRINTER to be adding in extra logos to your design.

I was such an anxious bride, sending my table chart corrections a few days before my wedding. Thankfully, Bindiya was following up alongside with me to ensure that everything came two days before the wedding! We hired Inktricate Designs for signage and printed items, and had a pretty disappointing…read moreexperience from start to finish. I suspect that these issues came from the fact that they have a large volume of customers and the design work may be delegated to other employees who don't have the same eye for design as the company founder. It's also worth noting that we did enter into contract with them relatively close to our event date, however, they did also accept the contract knowing our event date. For the paper goods, we had a tough time getting them to do actual design work. In the end, we were making very specific yet trivial edits to help make the design aligned with our vision (centering text, fixing alignment, consistency of bold and underlined text). We ended up cancelling an item altogether because the design was so poor that we weren't sure if the offered free redesign from scratch would end up meeting our timelines. For the physical goods we purchased, it was pretty obvious that the quality was outright bad. While we decided to transport the sign ourselves to avoid a delivery fee, it's apparent from the vendor's photo (attached in this review) that the frame was not constructed properly. It also left stains in the car that was used to transport the frame. At the actual event, the joints had failed and was on the cusp of toppling over (though luckily we were able to fix most of the glaring issues). All in all, we were not happy at all with Inktricate Designs. I'm sure they are able to produce quality work as evident by their Instagram page, but for whatever reason we were not given the same priority or treatment. I think we would've been happier if they had just admitted that the delivered work was subpar or that the construction of the sign wasn't up to their standards - but even with an email back and forth they were adamant that there was no issues on their end.
