Randomly contacted me to solicit paid follows for users on Instagram. When told no became very unprofessional calling names and blocked me. Website is also very confusing starting off as trying to explain what their service entails and then turning into how to run your own version of their company. Almost like an ai wrote everything on their site read more

We had been in business for a few years but had never tried any digital marketing. Our only source of new customers was word of mouth and placing flyers around town. Well, it was time to take our business to the next level, so we gave Voy Media a call because of a referral from a friend. We were blown away at the level of customer service we received from them. They worked with us to really understand our business and develop an excellent digital marketing plan. The price we were quoted was fair, in our opinion, for the amount of revenue that the marketing plan would generate. And the marketing plan did deliver, and even exceeded, on the predictions offered. The team has an open line with us and offers plenty of updates on any new strategies. All things considered, we have been very satisfied with the service, price, and results. read more

In summary, do NOT waste your money on these gurus who claim to know the secrets. Just learn it yourself and invest the fee you will pay them in the ad spend itself. We reached out to Voy Media to help us with our ads. They did not guarantee a result but they told us they expect 2-3 ROI. They started with 1700$ a month for a spend of $3000 a month. The ads had many mistakes that we told them to fix. They had very basic understanding of our business despite asking us to fill 4 pages of questions. The ads to no surprise performed horribly and we lost most of the ad money in addition to their hefty fee. Because we did not want to continue the drain of the money, we wanted to leave. Initially they told us they agree to a guarantee of result (we get our money back if the ads don't perform over the cost of the ad and their fee). However, after they discussed with the team, they DISCOVERED that our company will not perform well with the ads and they discounted the price to $700 (when we first reached out to them the price was 3000). However, we were smart enough to leave. If VOY Media did not believe that our company will succeed in ads, why did they tell us they can do 2-3x ROI?! But when it came to them risking the money, they did their homework and realized they don't wanna take the risk! So messed up! After we left them, we started learning ads ourselves and did not use a single thing they did and now we get around 7-8x on return. In summary, do NOT waste your money on these gurus who claim to know the secrets. Just learn it yourself and invest the fee you will pay them in the ad spend itself. read more

I wasn't satisfied with the previous firm which managed our social media marketing. I allotted more than the limit but still didn't see the results I wanted. I switched to Voy Media based on their reputation and I am glad I did. They completely analyzed our previous strategy and what was not working. Created a new plan and they executed everything on schedule. I was able to see changes in the first month itself, after three months we reached record high traffic. All thanks to their strategy and Youtube Ads. It's always a pleasure to see their monthly report as I am seeing the uptrend in traffic and it's converting also. No second thoughts, they are the best Digital Marketing firm in the city! read more

We've been working with Kevin @ Voy Media now for about 2 months getting everything ready. At first we liked everything they had to say, but then they decided to raise their prices to 5k minimum and it was just to expensive for what they were offering. KEVIN is the owner and we spoke to him most of the time. He said he didn't want to waste anyone's time but what about the 2 months that he wasted of our time. What a bad way of doing business. He said he got more demand so he raised his prices in the middle of the 2 month Onboarding. I guess he treats his clients this way. Beware of Kevin and Voy Media. They start with open arms then up their prices and treat you horribly. read more

Voy Media - Marketing Near Me - New York, New York

So, I personally have had an awesome and profitable ongoing experience with Voy, as a current client. One their media buyers, Carlos is a pleasure to work with. I've had different businesses in the past, and after one of my most recent businesses, a call center, got acquired, I decided to create a course on how to start a similar business. Since it was and is my only course, I had no real idea of how to market it (but I do have a lot of marketing experience, so I've been around the block and can tell when someone is BS'ing me.) So anyway, I've used Voy for 5 months so far---early on, they helped primarily with my website, zeroing in on my UVP and refining my copy. Anze was and is an absolute star at this and gave me crazy value, upping my conversions. More recently the focus is on FB ads---I decided to split test their work versus mine (since again, I have a lot of experience, just not in courses) and Voy's ads have outperformed mine literally 2.5 to 1 in terms of conversions. Turns out, my focus was more on just getting cheap traffic, while Voy is great at finding actual buyers that lead to much better ROI. So now I let them handle it all, and for me the investment is a no-brainer. Now I just focus on content marketing while they handle anything paid. Extremely happy to recommend this agency. read more

I run a supplements company with a few employees for the past two years. We have been able to scale internally but all of a sudden we hit a revenue standstill. We then spent some time talking to a few agencies and found out about Voy from their YouTube channel. I was able to speak with Kevin and their team understood our company and came up with a great initial marketing plan. It's now been about 9 months working together and they are scaling our ads successfully. Our revenue has overall increased by 70% but most importantly our profits have increased. We are about to shoot some custom content and we can't wait to see the results. read more

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I hired Voy media for a 3 month contract at $3k a month, which was more than their competitors. The first two months went okay (I was losing money on the ads and had less of an ROI than myself, but that's another issue). After I sent the check for month #3 my emails suddenly went unanswered. Later I was told that my media buyer left because of an emergency (this came not long after the assigned Creative Director got another job). The replacements were eager to speak with me, but like the previous person my emails thereafter went unanswered. Worse, the requested changes on FB weren't even made, which probably would have taken them 20 minutes! I was rudderless for a month while FB kept billing me for ads. Call it laziness or dishonesty, but I paid the last $3k for absolutely nothing. Buyer beware and don't listen to the fake reviews! read more

My company has been using Voy for the past 9 months as our primary advertising agency. When we were looking for an agency we wanted to find one that was responsive, smart and had innovative marketing ideas. We found all of this with Voy. They have proven to be a reliable partner for us and have been able to help us scale our campaigns on Facebook and Google. read more

I was impressed with the way they targeted the online audience and the innovative marketing ideas from these professional people. They're focused and had a unique approach to get positive results. We're able to generate several leads which in turn increased our revenue overall. From SEO to Social media marketing everything was executed perfectly. It seemed scary as every service had a separate cost, but the investment was well worth it when I saw the valuable output. I would certainly recommend this service for all your online marketing needs. Thank you Team Voy! read more

Voy Media is effective. What I care about are implementing new Facebook Ad strategies, reporting, optimizing the ads, and they do each of these well. Our cost per purchase dropped between 30% - 50%, which is the main thing I care about. Our conversions were for purchases to our e-commerce store. Our cost per click also dropped and our traffic is up. Anytime I check the history, there are always changes they have made trying to optimize the account. Many improvements are in audience targeting, budget allocation, ad copy and ad creative. read more

I'm really wondering if something changed within their company because the positive reviews here were not at all representative to our experience. This company spent over 20k on Facebook without any return. After working with Voy, my ad costs increased by 8x. Whats worse is they increased my costs by 2x? No. In fact, the results barely reached the same metrics I achieved on my own (and keep in mind that I am no "Facebook ads expert"). After 2 months of running highly costly ads that saw TERRIBLE CONVERSIONS, we finally stopped the ads because I so happened to look at my ads account to notice that some ads were spending close to $100 to convert a single customer on a product that was about $12. I will say the first few months seemed promising. But after that, everything went down hill when it came time for the rubber to meet the road. Also, there was an issue that came up where the Facebook Pixel stopped tracking purchases (which is crucial for optimizing!). Not only did it take a FULL 31 DAYS TO ADDRESS... at the end of it all, they didn't even manage to fix it. Thankfully I was able to get all my money back from them. But I was not able to get the money back from the amount spent on terribly converting Facebook ads, I was also not able to get back the time wasted where I could have just done some self education myself to do a better job. read more

I've worked with multiple agencies over the years, and Voy Media was among the best communicators. We communicate through email and regular conference calls. This is one of the benefits of working with Voy, you get to directly work work with the founders Kevin and Wilson. Kevin is great about keeping in touch. If I have a question about my project, they respond very quickly, which is unusual for an agency. They were also able to get us a 22% higher ROI on our ad spend from our previous agency. read more

Before working with Voy Media and working with a more expensive agency for over eight months, we have almost tripled conversions in less than a month span. The whole teams effort and designs have been outstanding. Their approach to conducting business is about transparency and what is most important is their loyalty and dedication to results. The transition to them was very smooth and profitable. If you have an online business and you want to promote it, then email them for some insights. read more

Voy Media is the real deal when it comes to improving return on investment through social media marketing. I was looking to start advertising my product but realized I didn't know the first thing about how to get my product in front of the eyes of my potential customers. Voy has been instrumental in my understanding of media marketing and takes the time to answer all questions and concerns. read more

One word. DON'T. Besides the fact that they literally copy and pasted a well-known firms website onto their own and changed the logo, they are horrible to try and work with. I scheduled a meeting with them while I was overseas, and told them we would have to use skype. No problem they said. An hour past our meeting time I get an email they couldn't find me on skype. I said no problem give me your phone number and I can call you. No answer. Strike one, you just go MIA at the time of a meeting, and don't respond? A week later they reach out asking for another meeting time, no explanation as to why they behaved so unprofessionally. I said ok let's give it another shot. They wanted to have the convo in 2 weeks because Kevin was on vacation; strike two. Your business completely shuts down when one person is out of office? What would happen if you were running my campaign? What really angered me was once we got on the phone their price structure was completely different that what was advertised. On the website they said the management fees were 5%-20% of ad spending. On the phone I was told I would need to pay $2000 for a setup fee for my facebook pixel (which by the way was already set up, so why the charge?) they would then take $300 a month, plus 30% of the ad spending. Save your time and don't bother interviewing them for the job, there are much more professional companies out there with better skills. read more

Working with Voy was good because they were flexible, fast and able to quickly iterate on our Facebook ad campaigns. They were great to work with and they met our KPIs. It either works, or it doesn't and Voy made the numbers work for us. read more

I have had a great experience working with Voy Media. Every team member goes the extra mile to make sure all your expectations are met and that you understand what they are doing.
